How much would highly effective heating and cooling systems cost?

And a heavy resistance to heat and cold.

And vents that don't clog easily on sand.

And battery-life extending solar panels.

Double the normal price for a heating and Cooling system, I believe I labeled it Environmental Control.

Not sure, though I'm sure I could add something for that.

Probably for very cheap as that is a lesser part.

I planned on adding that as well as other power mods to the updated Shop.

You'll have to be more specific than "green based equipment"

Also, self repairing or healing items are not going to be a part of this...it defeats the purpose of collecting resources.

I know these are vague answers but before I can give you guys specific prices on things I need to standardize the price increases between rarer items and base items. I should have it done by the end of the day.

I don't think you priced the systems.

If you haven't guessed, I'm making a mech that was originally designed to work in the desert.

I'm split between humanoid or bestial.

That's fine.

I'm probably going to poke and prod and make a few mechs, then choose one for actual play and leave the others for you to toy with.

Stuff I want for my starting Mech:

Battle Arms
Explosive Charges
Blast Resist Mod
Extendo Arms
Gyro Arms
Jump Jets
Longshadow Cockpit
Reflex Control
Life Support
Communication Device
(Additional Arm, Defense, or Speed mods as I have money)
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

You may have to save some of those for later purchases as that's quite a bundle.

Also, you'll have to elaborate on what exactly Battle Arms, Gyro Arms, Explosive Charges means to you. My idea of these things may be vastly different from what you intended.

Much equipment has a tradeoff like that. I'm not sure it needs to be qualified as "Green"

Battle Arms: Larger, more durable arms for bashing things. Mech would have giant fists compared to ordinary mechs.

Gyro Arms: Arms rotate around elbow giving a drilling effect without the actual piercing power of an actual drill.

Extendo Arms: Length of arms can be extended or retracted.

Explosive Charges: One Salvo would be six charges. Three charges on each hand or six on a single hand. Explosives that are set off by a strong impact.

That all seems doable, except the explosive charges...GV has a point. There isn't really any way to keep them from damaging your own fist even with blast protection. Blast protection does not mean explosives cannot affect you, it means your are more resistant to them. But a point blank explosion of the magnitude necessary to be effective as a main weapon is going to do damage no matter what.

Due to the vastly different ammo types we may encounter...that wouldn't be a very effective feature.

You guys ruin all the fun

I guess I'll go with the rocket arms you have in the shop then.

That is not to say that later there will not be high tech alternative to be found.
