Well the Veteran would be able to see them. And your Servitors are built to find them. But the Vandals and Boquabians wouldn't be able to see them.

Could you define some of the specific abilities of these Angels?

The Angels would be winged humanoids with a high affinity for magic. The number of wings an individual angel has denotes how powerful they are up (From 1 to 3 pairs of wings). The primary racial weaknesses of Angels would be fire and ice. Is this alright or do you need more?
