Personality-- Insane... No, Really. She uses clock noises and expressions alot. "Tick Tock Says The Clock. Guns Are Bad, So Says Tock." She is one of the more "Stable" of the escaped crazies. Stable meaning less likely to go into a screaming rage.  She is much more intelligent than she seems, and almost always understands what someone tries to tell her. (Even if they can't understand HER). She is also kind of... alien. She doesn't show much emotion, and has very little empathy for people she doesn't know. Her powers have her mental well-being tied to temporal flows "The Clock" , (Hence the tick-tocking). This means that careless time manipulation and any kind of time travelers tend to push her berserk button.  Whenever she throws a "Hissy Fit" Expect time to go crazy for several yards in every direction.

Power-- Temporal Flow Manipulation
       
           Tock can manipulate how time flows. She can make the time in an area speed up, slow down, stop, or even go in reverse.  She CAN'T time travel and hates anyone who does.
   
    Sub-powers-  Temporal Sense (Can sense when someone manipulates time)

    Sub-powers-  Temporal Connection (Is connected to time on a very deep level, meaning that anything that screws up time hurts her mind.)

    Sub-powers- Spatial Stability (Because of her connection to time, she can't be teleported against her will or space warped)  

    Power Scale-- 9 (Can easily overpower other time manipulators, She can keep her power active for a near infinite amount of time. The only limits to her power is that she can only cover a limited area and she can only reverse back roughly a day.)
   
    Control Scale-- 2 (She can't fully turn off her powers and is almost always in her own personal time slow field. Her powers are activated on a more subconscious level than a conscious one. So they almost always activate if she needs them, and plenty of times when she DOESN'T need or want them to. So you might have the bad guys suddenly speeding around in a time acceleration field. )

            Techniques

                  Personal Slow/Speed Field- Tock has her own personal bubble of time, Normally this time bubble slows down time to and around her. However, It can also rapidly speed up time around her, allowing her to move at speeds a speedster would envy.

                   Time Lock- With physical contact, She can slow time to almost a stop around a person. She uses this to disable people. (Imagine a blur moving through a group of people, and then they just seem to freeze.)

                   
                   Temporal Chaos- When Tock is distressed or angry time will start to flow strangely. Random parts of a 7-8 yard area around her will start to slow down, speed up, stop, or rewind.

Personality--Very smart, but very impatient, irritable and depressed.
    He was a very sociable and carefree guy, not particularly clever though. He became gradually aware of his power during his college years, especially during exams. His first surprise was when he managed to finish a test in time. A few months later, he even had time to double-check his answers. That's how he discovered his thinking process was accelerating. He seemed smarter, but it was because he had more time to think thoroughly. He also developed what seemed to be sharp reflexes and precise movements as he could notice things and react faster. As a result, his body became more muscular to keep up with his mind and he became more hyperactive.
    After a while, his mind became so fast time seemed to be slowing down. He realized it when music sounded sad to him and when it took more and more time to talk with people as their speech became slower and deeper and as his became too fast to be understood. He can force his mind to slow down, but it takes some effort to maintain. And as his mind becomes faster, it takes even more effort for less time. He eventually grew impatient, trying to do as much as possible when he has the opportunity and getting more and more irritated when he has to wait.
    Now, communicating with people became such a drag he refuses to talk and his body is starting to seem slow to him as it has trouble keeping up with his mind. Moreover, he's suffering a nervous breakdown because of the prospect of being completely frozen in time while fully conscious. He's even considering ending his life before that happens.

Skills--He is capable of very sharp reflexes and precise movements. He can read very fast.

Power--Accelerating Thinking Process, the ability to think faster and faster as time goes by. After a while, the perception of time is progressively slowed down.
