There's no central plot beyond that. And the Evolutionist's Stone was the catalyst to get the whole thing going. Even though I haven't mentioned it in a while.

Personality- Kevin doesn't remember anything about himself which is probably for the best. What is known is that he was a big part in the Evolutionist's Stone theory and once went on a rampage to destroy all humans. Some amazing hero came and wiped his memory with his own powerful abilities. Once he completely wiped his memories, Kevin turned back into himself and was unconsiuous for ten years until he woke up with no memory what so ever of the situation.
