OK, here's how things are going to work. I don't want to have to account for or plan around characters who could be using their powers to help in certain situations but aren't because their players aren't posting. It leads to logical inconsistencies and I hate those, so I'm separating you. I'll be focusing on Phi and Marvs characters. Anyone can rejoin at any point, just write how your character has found them again. If it seems like they are in a situation where you would not be able to immediately rejoin them, e-mail me and we will work something out.

So while we're in this little lull I'd like to try something new. Add a little personal touch to the following few areas, something I really wish I had done with the first one. So, you are all in the woods. It's safe to say that, given ONE OF YOU must have owned that house you were all taking shelter in you must know something about this area, either through playing here as a child, coming in here with everyone as friends, or scouting it out while deciding that, yes, this house is where you all wanted to hole up.

What I want from everyone is one memory. What is something you remember or think is notable about this wooded area at the edge of the suburban development?

Also, optionally because it's just to help me out, I'd like to know what you three were doing with your lives before the vanishing began, how you met the other two, and what exactly your relationship with them was before you decided to take shelter together. Talk amongst yourselves to figure that out if you want. I really should have asked for this at the beginning.

Well, naturally, it's surrounded on every side by street. So, we basically keep running, and eventually hit road again. And along the way, there's plenty of paths that look the same, are too crowded with thorns to get through, and have fallen branches or entire fallen trees in the way. Not to mention, the wild animals that may or may not roam within.

So it's not very easy to move through, but keep heading in one direction and you'll hit the road eventually? Not really a place people are expected to walk through? Cool, alright.

I've got something like that near my home. It has a stream going through it but the area around it grew rapidly so its surrounded in a block of houses. Not many trees though.

If this place is also like my home town, then about a block away from where we are should be a shopping center complete with a grocery store, fast food places, theater, best buy, petsmart, etc.

For Nix, considering his growing attitude and the fact that he was at his home in his pajamas when this all happened, I think I'm going to have him be a guy who has just barely made it through highschool and was not smart enough to get into college. Lived with his family not really knowing what to do until everyone started disappearing.

I'd say he probably didn't know most of the others well before getting stuck in the basement, it was just his only option.
