Sorry Vault, I've been having a creative block trying to decide how Nix would react to the current situation. The creature appearing with everyone up at the top of the ridge through me for a loop for how to handle things. It would really help me if some other people stopped by to post with their characters as well so I can think of how to make a post that actually moves the story forward.

The house was falling apart, and burning material fell and separated everyone else from Phi and Marv. Even then, the dogs were coming in fast and they were forced to make their escape into the woods. I left it at that.

Basically, I put everyone but the guys who were active on a bus. Wulf rejoined them not moments later. I made it clear when I did this that I wasn't killing everyone off, and that anyone could come back at any time.
