It was my mistake. I just remembered the picture you posted and what the arms looked like there, but what she's asking is why you're keeping your powers "on," referring to the minor aesthetic effects they have. I was under the impression that your power was always active, or visible.

Sorry if that's mistaken, but that's the impression I've had since the beginning.

I think it was seemingly killing off half the cast, that's was the big screw up with this one. That and a high concept that I now realize I am nowhere near skilled enough to pull of, not to mention how boring of a world it creates. What was is Phi suggested? Aliens? Should have gone with that one. Simpler, less likely to screw it up.

I like your stories and I don't think this one was too large to be played off well. Just wish there was a way to convince people to stick to things better.

The house fire issue might have put some people off, but that is partially my fault since I pushed for continuing things so much and didn't let people catch up.

I'm really, really sorry Vault.

You shouldn't blame yourself for this. My lack of participation mainly stems from me being bad at managing my personal time. Hell, my time on the internet in general has gone down due the getting a social life that I was unequipped to deal with.

And I want you to know that you are an incredible writer. I really envy you. Your character are always so amusing and so alive. So alive and spontaneous and real.

So, if you are still interested in running this RP, how can I get back in?

I'll help as well.

Basically you have two main options Zale:

A) You're with the main group already, in which case you're currently in the arcade. You've just seen Nix come back and tell you that one of the new people you've just met is currently being mugged by two thugs with superpowers. Nix and another person you've just met, an old lady, have just left to go save him.

B) If you haven't joined up in the main group, you can have finally reached us, in which case you see Nix and some old lady you don't know hurriedly coming out of an Arcade inside of a Waterpark that has been teleported into town.

I really have to be careful about staying abreast on this one before you guys get too far ahead without me. This has great potential, and if I stay out too long, it'll be too discouraging to rejoin.

Yeah, if you guys still want to go I'll go. I intentionally left it ambiguous what happened after the fire broke out so anyone could come back at any time. Phi's got it mostly correct, you really haven't missed anything. Just write that you've been running all night and finally found where they ended up.
