He could be unknown to be a robot. Upon being discovered by others (maybe after having his memory somehow erased, he could be believed to be human by others. But he might begin to suspect he is a robot, whereas others simply think his intelligence and tech prowess stems from Technopathy.

So he'd be a robot, who thought he was a human, but began having doubts about his humanity.

For Famine,

You could make him/her a fussy clean person. Very fastidious and clean, prances around in a suit and looks like someone who exercises regularly. Define those cliches! :D

However, they aren't the nicest person. Because they can consume anything, they often go for.. exotic foods. Rare animals, prized possession, human emotions... They will chop up and eat anything, making them easily creepy.
