So, any other character ideas or possible plot parts would be greatly appreciated.

You could always go scouring the Characters thread.

If I were you, I'd mix and match the character descriptions to get people you find exciting and useful to the story.

Or even take entire descriptions. There's bound to be a power or a backstory there you'll like.

Anyone got some good ideas for powers for two bounty hunters that continually fail and are quite comical in doing so?

One could have only Flight, while the other one has only Superhuman Senses.

Or you could give them really powerful abilities but make them so inept it doesn't matter.

“She'd become a governess. It was one of the few jobs a known lady could do. And she'd taken to it well. She'd sworn that if she did indeed ever find herself dancing on rooftops with chimney sweeps she'd beat herself to death with her own umbrella.”

And what would you suggest for overpowered abilities?

Vaporization and Disintegration by touch?

I can see them already, vaporizing the ledge they stand on and falling straight down.

Superhuman planning and realIty warping?

Rather than just doing the simple thing and turning people to ducksk or something, they come up with insanely complex plans and try to carry them out. Hilarity insures.

Oh, yeah, she's the master of convoluted planning.

I'll turn him into a flea! Then I'll put the flee in a box and put that box in another box and mail it somewhere! BrrRrilant!

Mecha could be an android that thinks he is a human that thinks he is a android.

Layers on layers on layers of confusion. Your readers will guess and debate about it for ever.
