Have you considered using cunning to beat them.

the sad part is, those powers aren't overpowered for no reason. The reason they're posted there is either for fun or as a type of rant. Do you think somebody with the power "Pick a Power" will be allowed into the Battle Arena? Do you think that a person with the power "The Power of Random" will be allowed? Worse yet, do you think that someone with the power "Vacation in Hell" really wants to go to HELL just to avoid work? No. So you have to understand your use of idiotic un-logicked logiclessness is totally futile toward proving your point (and can't be justified, especially by the perfectly-logical Space-Time Indemnity). It is undeniable. The power itself was fine. Your modifications to it (adapting to resist and control whatever it is tries to harm you) after submision are the things that make it unacceptable, undesirable and unimaginably overpowered for an ability that is NOT Omnipotence.

I actualy tried comming up with multiple other names but the sight wouldn't let me use them so I instead called it perfect immortality because that is what the first half of it is.

Yes, you slipped it by the mods. It might not have been your intent from the outset, but it's quite clear you weren't telling the whole truth in your description. "Ultimate curse," "Everyone you love will die," etc. implied this was more or less a refined version of regular immortality. The "adapting to your environment" part seemed more or less there to prevent you from being trapped. Adapting to your environment, however, in no way implies:
1) Being able to adapt to anyTHING. 2) Being able to gain ANY powers related AT ALL to what you're adapting to 3) Being able to keep all of those powers 4) Those powers having no drawbacks whatsoever You also admitted that you just called it the ultimate curse to make sure it got accepted. And yes, we've been considering cunning this WHOLE FRIKKIN TIME. Strategy and cunning are pretty much the SAME THING. Read what we've said about strategy: you can keep coming up with new ideas, BUT YOU WILL RUN OUT AGAINST SOMETHING LIKE THIS. |

After you submitted it, you added onto it, and made it the object of your obssession...a convoluted version of the Omnipowers...

It actualy is not overpowered you simply use brain power insead of brute power.
Do any of you know how long it would take them to adapt enough to become omnipotent. Also if their powers were made for fun my was also. Only with mine if you actualy had it it would be very usefull. |
This.
This broke my brain. In so many ways. |

Actualy adapting could very well work like that.
Maybe perfect immortality makes it so the user is using a form of adaption that alows all of that did you ever consider that option. |

It IS overpowered. Only an Omniscient or an Omnipotent could defeat them. And since THOSE powers aren't allowed here, it's undefeateble, impenetrable, perfect, and therefore, Mary-Sue. It's what those sports people call "CHEATING".

It it is not an omnipower and I am not obsessed with the omnipowers.
|

Actualy it could also adapt to omnipotence and omniscience.
Also most of the time sports people say someone is cheating simply because they didn't wan't something to happen when the person actualy didn't cheat. |

Also how did it break your brain I simply men't you would simply have to keep coming up with stradegys.

Alex... I'm done. I've posted my stance on how there is a limit on the number of functioning strategies someone could come up with four or five times in this topic already. It's not a viable defense against this power.
Your comment about how your power was just for fun too? I mean, in a way these are ALL for fun, but what he meant was that those were never meant to be taken seriously or used in BA or whatever, while you have battled for FIFTEEN PAGES about your power and how it should be allowed into the BA. It doesn't matter that it takes a while to get there. Someone with this power can become omnipotent. If they want to be, then there is no obstructing them. It is overpowered. There is so much wrong with this all I can't even begin to describe it. You're not even countering arguments anymore. You're just repeating facts about the power and previous arguments you use that have already been countered. I just... http://images.whatport80.com/images/e/e1/Facepalmuber.jpg |

And if Perfect Immortality was a form of adaptation, why did you have to add that part? It should have been put there from the get go, and it would have been deleted, like it should be. Just LET IT GO. STRATEGY only goes so far, before you run out of options and can no longer combat the 'immortal'. He will then overtake you (as I imagine he would quickly develop superhuman stamina or superhuman speed...so ya can't outrun him) and he will KILL YOU.
What the freak can your strategy allow you to do, anyway? If you strategize to hit somebody with a hammer, it doesn't mean the hammer will work...If you strategize to blow somebody up with TNT, it doesn't make the TNT counterract his invulnerability. And what's worse, the user adapts to the damage he takes, and is able to gain new abilities based on that type of damage. So...Hide? He develops ESP to find your behind. Attack? He can adapt to control and be immune to whatever you throw at him. Run away? He will chase you down across the expanse of space and time...If he gets bored? Well, hell, that seems the only option you leave as viable to not be beaten (not to DEFEAT, just NOT BE KILLED BY) one with this power... And again...Immortality is just suppose to KEEP YOU ALIVE, not give you any abilities. And don't even lie and say this ability is just for fun, because we know perfectly well that you want to use this somewhere, and have it be accepted. But so help me, if I see this anywhere in the RP, or the RP wiki, you will regret it...You are so idiotic in your pursuit of a way to override the system, but if you keep trolling, I warn you, I'll put out the Justin-signal and he will ban-hammer your butt right off this site.

No. I'm done. I'm through with this. If you keep replying, I'll keep responding that I'm done.
If you want me to use logical arguments, GO BACK and read where I talked about how strategizing against this power didn't count for a victory. I tried using thought-out arguments, and all it got me was to the point where I had to use that image. |
