Um, humans don't spend most of their time dwelling in anarchy and chaos?

Exhibit A: Girls Gone Wild- college kids who grew up in generally well-to-do homes, tired of the rules and like to let their freak flag fly, for no reason other than the fact that nobody can stop them.

Exhibit B: Africa. Ever see the movie "Hotel Rwanda" or "Blood Diamond"? Yeeeeaaahhh...they're freakin' corrupt.

Exhibit C: Haiti. When disaster hits, any attempt at government is foiled by all the crazy gang members.

Exhibit D: The Middle East. The Taliban and Al-Qaeda run nearly everything, with only a vague semblance of non-corrupt govt.

Exhibit E: Gangs.

Exhibit F: Any ghetto neighborhood; Chicago, Harlem, Oakland, etc...

Need I go on?

Well, in that case, you can't consider those boys to be anarchic, either. They still had a leader. He just happened to be a lunatic who ruled with an iron fist, and either converted or killed all who opposed him.

Not necessarily; if they don't have any good home training, then they will turn out bad. But if they have good home training, but don't respect it, they'll still turn out bad.

Not always is it the parent's fault, but not always is it the child's fault either.
