They will, if the majority of them had it in their minds in the first place.

If somebody naturally desires to do good, and there's more of THEM than the people who want to do bad, then sure they'll discover a way to start and maintain government where they are.

But if the majority of them is a bunch of no good wankers, with no sense of earnest respect or responsibility, then you get that situation in "Lord of the Flies", regardless even of the good guys in their midst.

Golding just provided a situation in which the good-hearted were outnumbered. Not EVERY story has to have a happy ending.

We, are and we aren't at the same time, inately everything boils down to human instinct and it's a mostlly equal mix of Pure unadulterated evil, and saintly behavior and emmotions, however even the smallest amount of evil seems more prevalent to society than the largest saintly behaviour.

No. No it doesn't. It proposes that evil actually exists, and then it illustrates what happens when people give in to it.

Never once does it show any idea that says that EVERYBODY is innately evil.

If anything, it's a warning against giving in to those "state of nature" impulses.
