 On a side not, I have never heard of any of the powers you listed, despite being here for the better part of two years. I guess that's the superpower list for you.

Nuclear energy? Atomic energy? Something to do with the four fundamental forces? Heat? Electricity? Light? Magnetism? Electromagnetism? Psychic energy (including brain power)? Some psionic energy mimicking another energy? Aura energy? Kinetic energy? (Is it something like the power Long Kiss Goodnight?) Magic energy? Divine Essence (Aether, Quintessence, etc) Are any of these close?

Oh, hehe...right, sorry...
 A man walks into a bar. A mad mass-murderer. He kills everyone in the bar (NO ONE escapes), and he still has plenty of time to go around and clean up lots of potential evidence he's left behind. He leaves the bar, calm, cool and collected. His crime is not discovered until the next morning, and it never ends up being pinned on him. What power did he use to pull off the perfect crime?

Lots of powers that can make you go on a rampage.
 Time to narrow it down.  Is the power part of a series? Were the victims killed by using the power on them? Was there lots of blood in the bar after his massacre? Did he use weapon(s) ? Is it relevant to the power that he's mad? Did it involve time manipulation?
