Did the victims die instantly?
Did they all die at the same time? Does the weapon look like a weapon? Does the power affect the man? the weapon? the man's way to use the weapon? Is the power the weapon? Is the type of weapon important? |

Drats. If the power doesn't affect the man then that rules out some I had in mind... Oh well, just to be sure. Firearm Precision ? Pistol Master ? Talent Of Killing ? Target ?

-Is it a direct attack power?
-Is it Ability Imbuing? -Is it Energy Imbuing? -Was it biological in nature? -Is the creator of the power a prominent member of the site? -Could the power be used peacefully? -Is the power a well-known power, at least on this site? -Did either of us create the power? -Could a sane person have used it? -Is the power psionic in nature? -Does anyone on the site possess it? -Is it a popular power? -Does the power induce an unusually long death? -Is the death a form of torture? -Is the weapon part of the power (like the Moonblade series, giving you a particular weapon directly which would normally not exist)? -Is the power stealthy? -Does proximity matter? -Did he create, modify or alter the weapon in question in any way? -Could the weapon be used for another purpose? -If someone used the power in public, would it be easily noticeable as a violent act or a superpower? As always, just tossing around some starting questions to narrow the answer down.
Bow before your unimaginably powerful overlord!
Wait a minute, I'm currently too busy holding a cork in mid air for petty groveling. Can the weapon be any kind of object (not just a weapon)?
Is an object necessary to use the power? Do the victims' bodies bear any traces consistent with the weapon used? Does the power affect the victims? the room? Does the murderer need to move or make a gesture to kill? |

Hope this won't take til the end of the thread.

Remote Contact?
Did the weapon make physical contact with the victims? When a victim is being killed, do the other people notice? |

-Well, this author is skeptical that the power is his, so it must by yours. Am I right?
-Is it a mimicry-based power (in which case it could be me)? -Did he have assistance by any chance? -If it was one of mine, was it SCP Foundation? It would explain the personality description in relation to his motivation. However, I am very doubtful of this. -Was it Weapon Manipulation?

When a victim is being killed,
- is the man still holding the weapon? - can the weapon be seen by other people? - can the man be seen by the other people? - did the other people panic? - could the other people escape? scream? |

Baka?
Is it a power that affects people's intelligence? their senses? their judgement? When the other people saw the man killing another, did they understand what was happening? did they see it as a murder? |
