I got 3 riddles ready (in case you guys guess the answer of the following one too soon).
Remember, I suck at making up riddles, but here goes:

During high profile visits (visits of VIPs), security keeps failing. No matter where an event is held, there is always a succesful hit on the target (the VIPs). It's also a wide range of VIPs: ministers, singers, tv personalities etc.; even local VIPs aren't safe.
Hiring more security, cameras, armored vehicles etc. never pays off. Eventhough it has been suggested to call in the army (if Posse Comitatus allows it), there's the believe they can't do anything to stop it either.
A reign of terror sweeps the nation; where will he strike next?
Were the VIPs killed by something physical? (f.e. bullets, knifes, ice, ...)

Is it a transport/travel power?
Is it focused on this type of action?
Is it a stealth power?
Did Vespert make it?
Was it added in the past year?
Does anyone possess it?
Does it require a particular object?
Is it part of a series?
Was the superpower used directly or indirectly (e.g. making needed equipment, etc).
Was the culprit alone?

One of those questions should be correct.

Is it a physical power (ie Superhuman Strength or Superhuman Speed) or psionic (ie Imperceptibility or Telekinesis) or magical (ie Personal Spellbook, etc) or divine (ie a MythPower)?

Does it require anything verbal, physical contact, eye contact, mental contact, a certain hand gesture, or an object?

Does it involve objects (mundane weapons, such as knives)?
Did he use poisons, toxins, etc?
Is the power designed to target VIP's?

Other than the fact that it was caused by a superpower:
Did the VIPs all die the same way?
Was the cause of death natural (heart attack, disease,...)?
