I wrap my dagger with ice and form my Icicle Scythe and charge at the Colossus with everything I had.

I rub my hands together quickly to build up an EMP charge.

The attacks all battered against the fallen Colossus and it let out a shriek. A wave of clouds spewed out from its pours and washed over the group, the force of the wind lifting them into the air and setting them down several meters away from the Colossus before the cloud wave melded into the storm wall.

The wounded Colossus took the opportunity to glide over to the sphere of clouds that was the storm wall and sank inside it. It would use the safety of the clouds to glide around the group and assault them with twisters of wind.

The Commander could be seen issuing orders to the group, but his voice was lost in the sound of the rushing winds. Green flashes of light jumped from his hands as he tried to help pin point the Colossus for the others to attack.

 "Indeed. Sounds good to me."

The shadow moved across the ground darting from the darkness of collapsed building to building, until it was directly under the cloud, several feet away from it's shadow. It shifted slighlty revealing the shape of a clawed hand, and the shadow of the building it was residing near twisted into a writhing tentacle which lashed out and the cloud's shadow.

Before I run out of energy to fuel the others, I stop the amplification, and launch my own electrical attack, behind each of my allies, to enhance their strikes.

[Philote]

The building's shadow punctures through both the storm wall and the Colossus and whips it to the ground. The following barrage of fire and lighting incapacitates the giant creature, leaving it vulnerable to one final blow.

[Philote]

The Commander launches into the air from a spire of stone growing out of a circle of green light. Momentum carries the Commander into the air until he brushes against the clouds above and an eruption of green light emanates out from him. The light materializes into stone and follows the Commander back down to Earth as he plummets. The cliff like formation of stone completely encases the fallen Colossus and the nearby buildings shake from the impact.

The energy of the Colossus' death escapes out from between the stones, but instead of condensing into a portal like all previous times, the energy is sucked up into the Talos unit like a vacuum.

The Commander jumps off the newly made cliff formation and lands near the group. "That is how you kill a Colossus soldiers. Now follow me, we have a helicopter to catch to Africa before you all are allowed to make the jump into the Elemental Planes again."

 "Right!" I say, all military-like, "On my way."

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"Yes sir....I've always wanted to see Africa."

[Philote]

(Time skipping ahead)
The Commander speaks as the helicopter lands on top of the African Military Base. "This is the closest base left in tact after the Colossus' appearance. Those that were in Europe did not fair to well..." the Commander thinks back for a moment "But it is no matter now, we have the chance to rebuild now. The elementals will either flee back to their realm or be dealt with. You must travel back into the Elemental Planes and find the source though, I'm not sure if we could make it through another Colossus breakthrough. Gather any supplies that you may wish to acquire and then meet me in the basement level war room, there is somebody that you all need to meet."

"Understood sir." I call out before I head off to look for some useful supplies....namely food.

[Celadon's Penultimate]

Bug and I begin gathering wood to light for later.

I wander around until finding a place to sleep and take a nap.

I watch the shadow user lay down for nap. How could she possibly be so calm in a situation like this.

[Philote]

The group gathers as much as they can carry and travel down to the basement level war room. When they arrive they see the Commander, the Talos unit, and a new man about the same age as the group.

I look at the newcomer with curiousity and say, "Qui est-ce? (Who is this?)"

"So...um, who's the new guy?" I ask. He's not familiar, not even from the base, a ways back.
