Think of how many idiots populate the world......The chance of an idiot being leader is so high, every Empire is domed.

....why would you have to kill them before they've been born. they'd have to keep killing the idiots.

What would the world be like if people had wings that enabled flight?

Are the adapted like birds to survive at great heights, too?

Sure, why not.

Then life would maybe be much more crowded. Being enabled to live in new places, they would make homes in mountains, treetops, cliff sides, and plenty of other places they were unable to live before.

And moving from one home to a new one would be a breeze, so long as you had the strength to keep aloft for a while.

Not to mention...WAY increased rates of skydiving, and WAY decreased rates of acrophobia (fear of heights). Maybe even reduced rates of suicides.

Can you carry all your stuff with you?

Could someone who likely has hollow bones and an overall-lighter body do the same?

Not sure. Perhaps your bones could be hollow, but denser. And to accommodate the weight of the body anyhow, you'd have to be more muscular besides just wings (cause wings support body weight, but would also be heavy, so the body would need more strength to support them).

So, on the plus size, everybody would be at least like 20% better looking.

Denser bones would be heavier bones.

Which is counter-productive to their hollowness.

I'm not sure why rippling muscles across your body help with wings.

To support the entire body.

You'd either be stronger to support their density, or the bones would just be hollow, making you weaker.

Take your pick.

Birds seem to get away with having hollow, strong bones that aren't dense.

Well, whatever makes the bones strong, that's what I meant.
