The ability to trick opponents through the use of utilizing  your environment to your advantage in a tough situation or using mundane items in order to accomplish a task.

Example. Picking the lock to your cell using the filed down bones of an animal that they gave you to eat.

I'm thinking of increasing the height of the character by half a foot.

That may raise size modifer.

Right now, it's 1 (Normal humans have 0) for being seven feet tall.

Right now, if you dressed up in concealing clothing, your character could pass for a Spacer (Human who lives in near constant 0 G or microgravity).

How many arms/leg/limbs does he have again?

Also, that would be very very hard to model. (Ingenuity).

Oh, and Marv?

There's lots of bionic limbs and such.

Arms, legs, sub-dermal armor, mobile tattoos, built in weapons, implanted computers, radio-comm implants, bionic super-eyes.

And cybernetics tends to be rather point cheap, due to the inherit disadvantages (Requires maintence, electronic).

Arms, of course. They give you ST+2 (For those arms only) and 2 Damage Resistance (Also for the arms).

Really, I'm good with whatever I can get. I'd kinda like to just say I'm a cyborg and have someone else define my character for me. It would be fun to jump into a character I didn't create and see how it goes. You know, actually play a role.

Your an X human miner who was a part of a mining operation for precious ores on a high gravity planet. After a mine collapsed almost all of the workers were killed. In lue of dying, you were instead chosen for an experimental cybernetic procedure. Part of your brain, most of your internal organs, both of your legs, one eye and one arm was replaced.

You have infrared vision in the cybernetic eye in accompanied with a short range high intensity lazer. In addition to this it is also a video camera capable of 40 seconds of footage, capable of being replayed in holographic form through the eye.

your arm is tier 17 capable of bending steel pipe, and has small guns located in the fingers for a short time of chain gun action, firing high velocity rounds. The palm opens up into a flame thrower.

Your replaced legs give you enhanced endurance and jumping ability, and have built in rockets and propellers for sky and sea travel.

The part of your brain that was replaced was a logic sector, allowing you to solve mathematical problems in an instant while not hampering your emotions.

The mechanical parts are run off of a combination of solar power, glucose converter, and nuclear batter. Allowing you to power yourself through eating food, laying in the sun, or if all else fails using the nuclear reactor for short periods. If you do not have any of the power sources in working order you slowly decrease in power and speed until finally stopping and waiting to recharge.

As a cyborg your also able to interface into computer technology by jacking into the controls via a link in your arm. Giving you the ability to access data bases, and control machinery if you can get past the fire walls.

You have an array of sensory equipment in order to observe the environment such as a Dopplar Radar, a radiation sensor, sonar, and compass.

You were originally going to be the first of a group of elite soldiers for the military, but the operation was shut down by the government soon after your repairs were made, and the entire facility was erased. You managed to escape into the city before termination, but have been hunted down by the second generation robotic soldiers ever since.

It's not a government. It's an underground terrorist cell.

I don't usually do tech backgrounds, I prefer magic or psionics. I'll try thinking of a backstory for your character though.

Alright, then let's see how this goes. Marv's cyborg's background:

He was born into a poor family and managed to do really well in school so that he managed to get a high paying job as an accountant in an accounting firm. In his free time, he would go out and hone his skills at anything he could learn whether it was gunmanship or penmanship or singing. Then one day, he was in the wrong spot at the wrong time and got caught up in a terrorist attack on a public place. He ended up in the hospital with grave injuries and with his money (though he ended up in debt for it) had the extremely damaged parts of his body enhanced with cybernetics and the parts that were way too damaged replaced completely. He then dedicated himself to hunting down terrorist cells and recieved the bounties on each one he hunted down until he had gotten every single one in the organization that had harmed him and paid off his debt with some to spare. And then he meets up with the rest of our characters.

So how's it sound?
