must consume at least body weight in food every day to remain in top condition. But capable of going into hibernative state for maximum of two weeks when no food is available.

unnaging/lifespan equal to human.

weapon inaptitude...can't aim worth squat...barely able to use makeshift club from stick.

Intelligence, more than human, to be discussed later, most dependant on point value left.

Computer interace, able to directly jack into and control computer interaces.

So, on the moon or mars, maybe.

I'm considering just ignoring that though. Or fudging a number.

So I'd have to increase strenght in order to allow them to fly then? In that case I might incrase strength limit to about eight pounds if it's within the point range.

I'm considering having it have Complexity limited IQ,  as well as digital mind and posession...

It would have around 15 IQ, but only when connected to a complexity 7 computer.

Has a complexity 4 computer in it's head- so it gets 8 IQ.

Any way t reaise the intelligence to at least ten? at most eleven? Maybe a small onboard enhancer unit which is a small motherboard that it keeps on person?

Easy. Just get a small humanoid 'bot with decorative wings and a contra-grav levitation system. Stick a low IQ dedicated hacking A.I in there and you are good.

Might as well not do it then, and somehow make it so this guy is even more dangerous, it would have made him more human anyway, which in this case, is a bad thing.

Without the character I've got a hundred points to spend on making this guy a monster.

You could have a smarter A.I teleoperating it from a mainframe somewhere, though.

No thanks, I'm about to kill the character. If it was operating off of a mainphrame it would be tracked to easily, I'd rather pool points into ability.
