....Sorry, I'm not trying to annoy you, but I wasn't trying to work an angle, I was more than ready to give up the character in orrder to bolster the physical affectiveness of the monster....Got to give this guy a name.....I've already killed off the blacksmith/middleman character in order to make room for the other, It's all just dependent on the point value.

thank you then though, it makes for a slighlty interesting character.

I tend to not take your particular brand of "ribbing" well. You know that and yet you do it anyways. How about you try not doing that.

The pixie thing will only really have neural and wing related cybernetics.

Much different from your.

How much would these techniques cost in Character Creation Points?

Whip of iron particles held together by magnetism
Clinging to walls with magnetism
Dragon formed of electricity
Dragon composed of metals held together by magnetism
Psionically stunning an enemy

The dragons would in the style of that one Psyren character. I forget his name....

No idea.

Clinging (Magnetic -50%) [10]

Dragon? What exactly would it do?

Affliction 2 (Psionic -10%) [18]

So, I got bored and made a bunch of racial templates. More or less all of these are human.. for a given value of human. You have the Upgrades, which are just genetics upgrades made to improve or alter genes in an embryo. Upgrades are by far the most accepted of gene-mods, as they merely enhance or focus on various already human traits. They don't use genes from other species, or artificially made genes.

Basic Health Upgrade [7]

Fit [5]; Disease Resistance (+3) [3]
;Taboo Trait (Genetic Defects) [0]

Quite possibly the most common genetic upgrade in existence. Only the truly poor, or those that do not allow gene-modification, don't have this upgrade. It ensures a disposition to fitness, a resistance to most diseases and includes traditional genetic defect screening.

General Enhancement Upgrade  [56]

HT+1 [10]; IQ+1 [20]; Disease Resistance +8 [5];
Very Fit [15];Appearance (Attractive) [4];Longevity [2]

A more expensive upgrade common among wealthy. It disposes the child towards general physical fitness, intelligence and
attractiveness, as well as selects for longevity genes.

Total-Enhanced Upgrade [112]

HT+1 [10]; IQ+1 [20];DX+1 [20]; ST+1 [10];
Very Fit [15]; Handsome/Beautiful[12]; Longevity [2];
Disease Resistance +8 [5]; Ambidexterity [5];
Eidetic Memory [5]; Less Sleep 1 [2];Rapid Healing [5];
No Hangover [1]

A really expensive, but really advanced upgrade. Increases virtually all parameters, both physical and mental, as well as
physical fitness, high levels of attractiveness, longevity, near immunity to disease and lowered sleep requirements. People with this upgrade also have better memories, are ambidextrous, and don't get hangovers- lucky them.

The above templates assume the person lives on earth, for
other planets add the following.

Lunarians [-5]

Add ST-2 [-20]; IQ+1 [20]; Home gravity is .17 G [0]
;Skinny [-5]; Features (1' taller than average) [0]

Most Lunarians have the old gene-mod to keep them from degenerating to far in microgravity. Even so, they're tall and skinny, as well as a bit weaker than normal. However, since most of the early colonists were scientists, you'll rarely find a stupid Lunarian.

Martians

See the Transgenic templates.

Venusian [45]

Add HT+2 [20]; Very Fit [15]; Resistance to Disease +8 [5]
;Resistance to Sickness +3 [5]

Increased Physical healthiness and resistance to any kind of sickness.

If the template already has Very Fit and Resistance to Disease,
then the point cost drops to [25].

Cosmetic Upgrades, like the planetary ones, add things to already normal upgrades. Basic cos-mods, like hair or eye color, are usually included free.

Helen / Paris Upgrade  [3]

Add Very Beautiful/Very Handsome (Off the Shelf looks -50%) [8]; Voice [10]
Selfish (12) [-5]; Jealousy (12) [-10]

A popular upgrade among mythology enthusiasts, this upgrade focuses on capturing the classical beauty and allure of mythical individuals. However, this has resulted in most versions of this upgrade being very similar in appearance, as well as causing certain mental issues.

Neo-Goth Upgrade [-3]

Attractive (Off the shelf looks -50%) [2]; Skinny [-5]
;Features (Very expressive eyes, dark hair, pale skin) [0]

Made to please the brief Neo-Goth movement, it's now viewed as slightly out-dated, to the chargin of those modifed with it.

Other Cos-Mods can be made.

Minor Enhancement upgrades typically improve some desired kind of mentality or capacity.

Bright Upgrade [55]

Add IQ+2 [40]; Intuitive Mathmatecian [10];
Mathmatical Ability 1 [10];Photographic Memory [10]
;Loner [-5]

Made for parents who want their child to be intelligent and math-oriented. While this succeded in making mathematics geniuses, it also caused children to become more isolated.

Muse Upgrade [50]

Add IQ+1 [20]; Musical Ability 4 [20]; Voice [10]
;Handsome/Beautiful [12]; Gregarious [-10];
Addicted to Attention [-1]; Imaginative [-1]

This upgrade is focused on making excellent and socially aware musicians. It did it's job a little to well, as muses rely on constant attention and group activity to remain happy.

-

All the above Upgrades conformed to genes found within the human genome. Those that go beyond
the human genome are refereed to as Transgenics.

Transgenic rights has been a thorny issue for the last few decades. Most places do consider
trangenics to at least be people, though some debate whether or not they should be allowed
the full range of civil rights for those countries. This is a definite improvement to former
ideologies, which considered them little better than exotic animals or valuable property.
Even now, there's a great deal of intolerance towards transgenics among Terran and Venusian
populations. Mars, which relied heavily on transgenics to survive the economic collapse,
awarded Transgenics full citizenship soon after inter-system trade was restablished. Since
the Martian Upgrade features transgenic genes, this is no real surprise.

Trangenic genetic mods are usually incompatable with traditional gene upgrades.

Martian [33]

HT+2 [20]; Fit [5]; Filter Lungs [5]
;Nictating Membrane [1]; Reduced Consumption
(water only -50%) [1];Low Pressure Lungs [0]

The Martian Upgrade was revolutionary in it's time. It features lung filtration systems that allow people to survive exposure to carbon monoxide and mars dust, as well as operate under the low pressure of the Martian atmosphere. The upgrade features the typical health enhancement for the savage environment. However, most Martians are far more comfortable inside
shelter during dust storms and solar flares.

Spacer [20]

ST-2 [-20]; Skinny [-5]; 3-D Spatial Sense [10];
Radiation Tolerance 2 [5]; No degeneration in Zero-G [1]
Fit [5]; Breath-Holding 2 [4]; DX+1 [20]

While not the best upgrade out there, it is one of the few to feature an enhanced navigation system, as well as radiation resistance. Like the lunarians, Spacers tend to be tall, skinny and weak. Most also have an odd breathing pattern, they breath in and out, then cease to breath for several minutes before breathing again. Even under heavy exertion, a Spacer only has to breath every minute or so.

Drone [35]

HT+2 [20]; Eideic Memory [5]; Workaholic [-5];
Unfazeable [15]; Sexless [-1]; Sanitized Metabolism [1];
Taboo Trait (Aggressiveness) [0]; Taboo Trait (Mental Instability) [0]

A curious invention, the Drones were orginally made to be servants and harem-guards by  some middle-eastern tyrants. Following the general transgenic civil rights movement, they were emancipated. For the most part, Drones are accepted as nearly normal, primarily because they are typically very mentally stable and calm- the sort of people that have paperclip collections or like to do crossword puzzles. This stems from the lowered hormone levels that have, due to being essentially genderless.

Aphrodite [44]

HT+2 [20]; Very Beautiful [16]; Sex Pheromones [28]
Self-Destruct [-10]; Short-Lifespan [-10]; Parthenogenisis [0]

An eccentric multi-billionare payed to make the Aphrodite as the ultimate eye-candy. They are exceedingly beautiful, literally walking pieces of art. The fact that they ooze sex pheromones probably has something to do with it. Unfortunately for them, they were also designed to live a short youthful life of 25, then suffer from sudden organ failure and  collapsing age. Aphrodites are also, in essence, a single-gender sub-species. They reproduce parthenogenetically.

Canis [86]

ST+1 [10]; DX+2 [40]; Per+2 [10]; Acute Vision 5 [10]; Acute Taste and Smell 5 [10];
Enhanced Move (Ground; Switchable +10%; Temporary Disadvantage: Quadruped -45%) [11];
Sharp Teeth [1]; Blunt Claws [3]; Fur [1]; Light Sleeper [-5];
Chummy [-5]; Features (Canine features) [0]

A human-canine gene hybrid. Beyond the physically obvious fur and prominent nose, all Canis have extremely acute senses of smell and hearing. While they generally prefer to remain upright, they can run exceedingly fast on all fours.

Indeed.

I'll have to take a more in-depth look-see to figure which I'd prefer.

I'll look at them more in-depth later on, to make my choice as to whether I'll even join.

I may not, due to the RP overloadage.
