Now....how many points do I have...I want him to have a short of weapons repair man/bounty hunter job finder. It would make slight sense, Even his species would be injured after a shuttle crashes into a planet. That was the first guy he found, and due to some circumstances he did not eat him.

Affinity? What would that mean and how much would it cost?

As for uses, possibly recharging Phi's saucer if needed or attacks such as blasts of electricity or shorting out electrical items. Or ...what else could be possible?

Non combative home base PC that works as a broker for the jobs that the non speaking insect takes, as well as a repair man for the gun.

2d-1 Damage.

Your average human has 10 Hp.

Once they get past 0, they have to make HT rolls to stay concious.

Once they get past -1xHP they have to make HT rolls to stop dying.

Once they hit -5xHP they die.

So you'd have a human reeling within a few hits.

I can do an innate attack (Like say, dragon breath) that acts as electricity.

Burning Attack 2d (Surge +20%) [12]

It'd burn someone with an electric shock, as well as overload any circuitry.

I'd have to add something to represent the stunning of the shock.

Ok, I'd be happy to add Psi Affinity to the Kata. So, then how do species actually develop Psi powers in a GURPS style roleplay?

Let me rephrase that: How would characters learn/manifest psi powers in the story(in character)?

Buy them with the limitation of Unconscious Only and Uncontrollable.

It would flare up when you're stressed, and you couldn't control it. Once you realize it's there, however, you can learn to control it (Buying off the advantages with additional character points.)

Or you could start with it.

Interesting. And my character could put it off as his/her magnetic field causing those problems instead of the electrokinetic powers or magnokinetic powers. Oooh, that would actually be interesting.

How about a magnokinetic yanking of metals out of enemies hands. In other words pulling guns, knives and the like out of their hands or preventing them from getting closer? It would of course only work on magnetic objects.

You could have Telekinesis 5 (Magnetic -50%; Telekinesis -10%) [15]

You can move a single object at a time, so long as it weights less than 10 lbs.

You could also lift up to 40 lbs over for four seconds.

Or push something up to 75 lbs for 1 Fp second.

That's sounds nice. What about a sword formed of bioelectricity? Nd yes, I shall choose some of the abilities I am having you make.

Burning Attack 2d (Surge +20%; Melee Attack Reach 1 -25%; Link +10% ) AND Affliction (Stuns; Link 10%) [21]

Creates a sword of of electricity that damages electronics that it hits. Anyone who gets hit by it has to make a HT Roll to keep from being stunned.

You can increase the damage, and the difficultly of the HT Roll that muse by made by spending another 21 Points.

So the next version would do 3d damage and require a HT-1 roll to be passed.
