Also, This game has Tech Level 9. Tech level 8 is the modern ages. Tech level 4 is 1450. Tech Level 0 is stone age.

The thing is, low tech level has some disadvantages.

You can't learn any IQ based skills above your tech level without buying your tech level back up to match the rest of the world.

He wouldn't know what anything at all is. I'm even sure he'd recognize a gun as a weapon.

He certainly couldn't start without more than the most basic understanding of how to use a gun.

Okay, in order to have my cannibalistic alien monster know how to use a gun without simulatneously giving his entire species the ability to use advanced weaponry, what do I have to do.

Your character would probably be better at Brawling..

But you can buy a fairly high skill, if the gun is fairly simple to use.

Since Guns is DX/E it'd be simple for him to grasp. But he'd be at a penalty to use any other kind of non-handgun.

I could give my character a psi power without giving the whole race psi powers right? Well, then if so could I give the Kata I'd control, the power to control and generate electricity, in other words electrokinesis? As a psi that appeared due to the magnetic field all Kata have.
