How do those even work? Wouldn't the glass shatter/melt when fired?
I'd think they would be tipped at the back with metal or something, that could withstand the blast, and thus keep the bullet from shattering.

Still the force of the shot should shatter the glass.

Well, I'm no expert at glass or ballistics, but obviously somebody found a way to make it work.

I'm not sure, but they're magical beings (quite literally), so just like a wooden log over the head wouldn't kill a vampire, broken glass likely won't kill a fext.

Hope we don't have to improv too long before Zale comes in to--

Hey, wait, Zale IS GMing this, right? He's not just leaving us to our own devices, right?

Glass is glass, whether in bullet form or no. Just as silver in any form can kill a Werewolf I would assume so would glass in any form kill a fext.

Bullets are just more convenient since you can shoot them.

They can make glass that's harder than steel, nowadays.

Nowadays...but what about back then? Which is why I say the shape of the glass doesn't matter.

Say it all you like. The myths say glass bullets.

Has to be a bullet.

I'm not worried.

Sort kinda.

Right now, you can basically do anything you want. Cause chaos and bump into each other.

After a few in-story hours have passed, I'll make a little newscast to show you how people are taking these things.

For example, a clip on a newshow about vandalism, breaking and entering in the downtown museum.

As time goes by, you'll get more things. Newspaper articles about odd statues appearing all over town, perhaps as some sort of strange artistic prank. People will talk about huge foot-prints in the lawns, or how their dogs went crazy and chased this poor japanese woman down the street.

Eventually, you get to where the city is on watch for "Wild Animals" or "Escaped Convicts" or however the justify it..

Cops.. Army..  Escalating..

Myths are notoriously inaccurate at time...I say bullets are just the most common form, but any glass works.

Well, a Fext is Bulletproof..

..Dunno if it's anything else proof.

Right...inaccurate. Because there's some myths that are true!

Anywho, just be glad you're not a poor human who'll have to try out your little glass theory...

if it's bulletproof then why would a bullet of glass fare any better than a bullet of metal?
