Don't worry about your character being commandeered for a li'l while. As the character's creator, you have total control over her development, and full rights to use her as well. It's just that as we see fit, we tend to use each other's characters. We try our best to not get out of character, if that's what you're worried about (667 gives my character Ivan a Cockney accent, makes my character Pierce a cocky arrogant borderline-douche, etc.), so rest assured.

Pierce is SO FUN to write for. He's every mischevious impulse I've ever had run through the moral gutter and then blown at 100 psi through a fire hose.

And Ivan is a little tougher to voice. I mean, he's not the brightest, but I also have to make him seem cunning and connected, as befits a borderline villain. I think I do a decent job of getting that across.

So Flyboy, you got nothing to worry about. You've given Tamara to a man who loves to write in-character.

JEEZ that was a long arc with just me writing but I hope it was worth it.

Ben and Byne got wrapped up, Francesca got introduced, the team's got a cohesive destination and a man to fight, and me and FlyBoy have done some 'behind the scenes' plotwork to make sure this next arc is not only impressive, it's a literary firework display.
