Here is one I'm thinking of:
Mind Host With this power, you can house the souls of dead users of this power in your mind. This will allow them to lend your any number of their original powers and they retain their knowledge/memories, being able to share them. When you die, you get the option to either stay in a form of "limbo" available to and shaped by only users of this power. You could also choose to inhabit the body of any living user of this power you choose, provided they allow you to remain. I'm still unsure how to phrase the rest though.
