Hmph.

I also have another idea for a roleplay, but I reallly should wait for the rest of my ideas to be used first..

“She'd become a governess. It was one of the few jobs a known lady could do. And she'd taken to it well. She'd sworn that if she did indeed ever find herself dancing on rooftops with chimney sweeps she'd beat herself to death with her own umbrella.”

Good call. Just sit it in the RP Creator thread, and we can come back to it later.

I've got a few ideas for powers based on Minecraft:

Minecraft Power 1: User
You can physically enter servers, including those created by those using powers of this series, at will.
Pros:
-Physically enter servers.
-Access from anywhere.
-Can enter servers created by this series of powers.

Cons:
-Admins.
-Griefers.
-Creepers, Spider jockeys and Endermen.

Minecraft Power 2: Admin:
You can start a server at will.
Pros:
-Start a server at will.
-Only those with Minecraft Power 1: User can access it.
-You have all of the Minecraft commands, plus your own powers (which are amplified exponentially by the number of people on the server).

Cons:
-Griefers.
-You need Minecraft Power 1: User to use this power.
-You may be kept busy maintaining the server.

Minecraft Power 3: Commands:
You can use the commands in Minecraft in the real world.
Pros:
-A lot of different powers can be simulated.
-You are not mimicking the powers, so Anti Power Mimicry cannot attack the commands.
-Supplements other powers well.

Cons:
-Commands malfunction in the non-block real world, so commands fail over time and may be unpredictable.
-If you go on a Minecraft Power 2: Admin server, this power is rendered useless.
-You need to have Minecraft Power 1: User to use this power.

So, what is everyone's opinions?

Fun power:
Thinness Emission
Makes everyone around you the socially desired level of thinness. However, they will still gain the weight back with time.

Could be useful with Preservation* or to help with the opposite gender.

I'm considering making some new powers.

However, I haven't really paid attention to the site proper for awhile. I wanted to know if there are already powers like what I want to make.

In essence, I plan to make powers that align your aura with various elements and aspects.

For example, Aura Attune: Earth would allow you to align your aura with the element of Earth. Mystical and spiritual earth based powers would be enhanced in power while it's active. It would also make your aura like that of a powerful earth being, which would make earth aligned beings/races/creatures more friendly to you.

A power series like that would go great with elemental Mythpowers. And they'd prevent helplessness when those elemental Mythpowers are inactive.

And speaking of which, I need to put out my plans for future MythPowers here.

The next in my line is a MythPower for Harpax, the god (maybe goddess) personification of stealing, and Dos, the goddess personification of stealing.

MythPower: Harpax's Haul

MythPower: Dos' Donation

I just can't think of what the heck to do with them. I have an idea, but...meh, it's not coming so clearly right now.

It'd be good for things other than elements also.

Like, say, Aura Attune: Demonic

Now demons will be, if not be friendly, then at least apathetic of you.

Which could be handy.

You could simply sit and drink tea as the demonic horde invaded through your town.

Or, like Aura Attune: Undead

Now Zombie won't bother you much. Most Ghosts and other sapient undead would be far more friendly than they would be normally..

You'd also have more powerful undead-related powers.

Indeed.

And Divine would improve all MythPowers, no matter if they were elemental or not.

And divinities would like you more..

Of course, diametrically opposite aspects would treat you as a threat..

So Divine would make demons really edgy..

I should make one of these soon;..

Do you think I should try to make another power which is designed to give us our powers in one way or another? It's probably pointless, but if it worked, we'd all enjoy a real-life New Beginning.

Um...probably not. In theory, it's a nice thought, but...imagine the villains we'd face!

*imagines having the MythPowers in real life*

Then again...bring 'em on!

Er... Wouldn't at least one alternate version of yourself have thought about it already? If it worked for him, he would have given us, or at least you, superpowers, wouldn't he? In that case, it obviously didn't work, so why bother?
