Hit me with an obscure figure from greek mythology.

Mortal or Monster or Divine.

I'm all in for the shoving part. Cos what he did was crazy.

But the Golden Apple is Norse mythology, so I doubt that would have any effect.

Maybe some Ambrosia.  But those gods already have immortality.

...  now I'm puzzled by the question 'how to lure a god' ...
