Was the emote really necessary? Seriously....

Anyways, I have a quick clarification. you mentioned the Shardmind communicate through telepathy rather than words. Does this mean that all lifeforms can "hear" their telepathic messages, or only other telepathic beings?

Any life form that wouldn't have a reason to not be able to receive telepathic signals. Would depend who the Shardmind is talking towards also.

If they do anything I don't approve of, I reserve the right to do SOMETHING TERRIBLE.

This also gives me a precedent to have Artifacts create harmful accidental changes, you know?
