Hm...not sure quite yet. I'll give the remaining ones some thought.

The Tomboy and the Red-Haired-Evil-Looking one.
We need Red Oni to balance out the Blue.

I missed the character thing. Oh well. Hey Marv, if you need inspiration for NPCs, check this out.
Also, just throwing this out there, not hinting or anything, but my guy would be an excellent traveling shop guy. Shows up everywhere the characters go like the Merchant from RE4, different form every time, let's em borrow stuff if they can prove their worth. Just an idea.

I am absolutely fine with having any of those as characters, main or NPC

The first one I can see going along excellently with the Sky Shards power I submitted and the second one would be an interesting combination with the power Secret World Organization I imagine. His power would be the creation of and the connection to an AI that runs the Secret World Organization and creates the surrogates that carry out the AI's and the character's will.

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. |

Perhaps a memory related power, such as causing reality to mimic his memories. Since memories can easily become faulty, all manor of effects can occur based on what he has recently experienced. His weakness being the quick loss of his memories. Maybe he even bears a curse that causes him to lose his memories, bestowed on him as a child by some stronger being who feared the growth of his power the longer he lived.

As soon as my class ends and I can get some serious focus time, i;ll gather together these characters, single out the favorites and we can finalize them and begin on the actual story elements.

These seem to be the five most liked character ideas. Let add to them r change them as necessary to finalize them.
As long as the user is able to see the atmosphere/sky, the user is able to "grab" tools/weapons from it as long as they are not larger than their perception of the atmosphere/sky. These tools/weapons appear to be made out of a glass like substance that always reflects the weather of an atmosphere, even if it is not the same weather currently present. From these tools you then have weather-like powers depending on what you make them reflect. Description: Female. Petite, Oversized Coat, Speaks vit zis Aksent. Personality: Unfazeable, Curious, Stoic, Serious, Bookish. Rather Literal. Ability/Skill: Highly Sane Mad Scientist. Description: White male. Tall, somewhat athletic build. Blue eyed, with hair of varying color and style. Just turned eighteen. Personality: Very intelligent, and bold, but sort of kooky, with a slight aversion to social interaction. Strong sense of justice, with a relentless serpentine tendency to strike when he feels threatened or offended. Just getting used to the idea of the implications of his powers, as far as liberty is concerned. Ability/Skill: Shapeshifting, and other self-augmentation (including mental) Description: Male, wears mostly leather and other punk accessories. Red Hair, kinda evil looking Personality: acts uncaring and aloof, thinks he's a total bad-ass, curses a lot. Ability/Skill: Superhuman Accuracy and Powerful Guns Description: Female, dresses like a tomboy, combat boots, wears hair back Personality: Fierce, Takes charge, dominating, loyal Ability/Skill: Energy projection

Yes, but they need to be refined....so start suggesting revisions and additions.

I was just wondering if we should match a character with that ability first?

Yes, that's part of refining.....

Sorry, so the question would be if we would want to use the already made description and personalities for it or just make something else for it. To be honest I'm still building thoughts so I'll post again if I come up with stuff.

Well, lets see:
Well, we obviously have the leader and "That" team member. Leonardo and Raphael, as the case may be. They should fight a lot. And not in a "n-n-not that I like you or anything, stupid!" romantic tension kind of way. I'm talking genuine dislike on the part of both parties. So, we have a leader, a troublemaker, a big guy, and a smart girl. So: Should be the heart. Maybe make them younger than the rest of the group, someone the entire rest of it actually like and feel comfortable being around.

-Look at this girl, moving to her own rhythm. Her groove, the groove in which she lives her life. Not even a single step of hers is out of beat, every action and word and movement and thought flowing together into one long, graceful, beautiful dance. Until something breaks the flow and shatters the rhythm, and then all she is come tumbling down.

Started drawing up preliminary models for the characters we've chosen so I can at least pretend we're further along than we actually are. bAsically just what I imagined...but we'll most likely change them.

That guns way to sci-fi, not enough flash. It should be some absurd looking gold desert eagle. Two of them. I've just been assuming he can pull them from nowhere. Also, he gave himself that scar cause he thinks it makes him look Baaaad.
Also, since leader girl is an energy projector why not give her some Kuwabara style, lightning in your hand, energy swords? Reference Pic: Also, if jerk dude is going to be all red she needs more blue. Why mess with some good old fashion contrast symbolism? Also, I think she needs a pompadour, but that just might be my man crush on Kuwabara talking so you can safely ignore it. As for Ze Doktor, the description is that she wears an oversized coat. We have to ask ourselves why. Now in the real world you can just do that, but this is fiction land so it has to mean something. Is she poor, that being the only coat she can afford? Is it a memento? Is it symbolic of her immaturity as a scientist and a person or s indication of potential? Both? Neither?
