Great I'll let someone else deal with personalities. What do you think about the first power I said?
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. |

It's doable, though a bit complex to show with a visual....

Right, hadn't considered that.

So, shall we begin the process of narrowing down the character ideas to the ones we'll use?

Kay!
This should be fun to help with.
“She'd become a governess. It was one of the few jobs a known lady could do. And she'd taken to it well. She'd sworn that if she did indeed ever find herself dancing on rooftops with chimney sweeps she'd beat herself to death with her own umbrella.”

I tried to select personalities that would play off each other well.

I think we need separate polls for powers and personalities. I think we could do better powers than what we have for some of the options.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. I figured we'd rework the characters a tad before we finalize them.

Alright
Power: A person automatically copies a percentage of the power of everybody in a radius around him in the form of limb growth. In a crowd he averages around six arms, each one from one of the strongest six around him, though he can focus to raise or lower the average. Alone, he only has the use of a single left arm.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

One of the votes has two characters amalgamated into it. But, I guess that's good, because I like both of the ones described in it.
“…Judge not what a man has done, but judge what he could have done if he was a different bloke altogether. For art thou a leper? And a leper can changeth his spots…” --Rudy Wade, Misfits (Series 4, Episode 8)

These had the most votes:
Description: Female. Petite, Oversized Coat, Speaks vit zis Aksent. Personality: Unfazeable, Curious, Stoic, Serious, Bookish. Rather Literal. Ability/Skill: Highly Sane Mad Scientist. Description: White male. Tall, somewhat athletic build. Blue eyed, with hair of varying color and style. Just turned eighteen. Personality: Very intelligent, and bold, but sort of kooky, with a slight aversion to social interaction. Strong sense of justice, with a relentless serpentine tendency to strike when he feels threatened or offended. Just getting used to the idea of the implications of his powers, as far as liberty is concerned. Ability/Skill: Shapeshifting, and other self-augmentation (including mental) Male. Handsome, large (tall and muscular) but sometimes awkward. A gentle giant, with a penchant for defending the little guy. Large appetite. Loves kids, loves animals and an all-around genial guy. Nineteen years old. These all tied and need to be re voted upon: As long as the user is able to see the atmosphere/sky, the user is able to "grab" tools/weapons from it as long as they are not larger than their perception of the atmosphere/sky. These tools/weapons appear to be made out of a glass like substance that always reflects the weather of an atmosphere, even if it is not the same weather currently present. From these tools you then have weather-like powers depending on what you make them reflect. Description: Female, dresses like a tomboy, combat boots, wears hair back Personality: Fierce, Takes charge, dominating, loyal Ability/Skill: Energy projection Description: Male, wears mostly leather and other punk accessories. Red Hair, kinda evil looking Personality: acts uncaring and aloof, thinks he's a total bad-ass, curses a lot. Ability/Skill: Superhuman Accuracy and Powerful Guns Description: Male Teal hair, Pale skin, gray eyes a bit void-ish looking, Shifting armor (small piece of armor that can moves around the body, it has the capability of changing into a weapon) Personality: Hardened, Cynical , Logical, Kind hearted (under it all) Ability: Spacial distortion and skilled with CQC Male, Overly curious to the point of fault. If I can't expedite this process I'll most likely end up just doing the whole thing myself. I really really really really want to start animating this.
