Narrators then.

Thalia and Calliope..

Though certainly not Erato or Melpomene..

Or just all of them.

That could be entertaining.

Should I elaborate?

A Muse Shall Narrate..

But..

More than one of them wants to. All involved have a different idea of what kind of story it should be..

The main lineup would be Thalia, the muse of Comedy, who wants a light-hearted and humorous story..

And Calliope, the mus of Epic Poetry, who wants a thrilling and serious Epic.

The others would, of course, bust in whenever they felt it to be appropriate. Or when no one's paying attention.

If everyone starts singing and dancing, blame Euterpe.

 Prude.

Erato and Melpomene would be the most fun parts. I'd gladly take them up, if the Muses should be so invoked.

I do like the idea of multiple narrators vying to tell the story.

Actually, Euterpe would be responsible for simultaneous lyrical, poetic narration. Rhyming and whatnot. Terpsichore is the Muse of choral song and dance.

Euterpe rhymes on a dime, while Terpsichore moonwalks while singing Elvis Songs.

Or Thalia does that.

It would be.. comedic.

But it's more funny imagining her loving musicals.

THALIA WAS ALWAYS MY FAVORITE.

Wulf can probably bring you up to speed better than I.

I just know Thalia. Wore a Comic Mask and often carried a Shepard's Staff. Also tended to wear boots.

The Muse of Comedy and Pastoral Poetry.

I'd imagine she wouldn't be quite as serious as her sisters. More rough and tumble and not afraid to crack a dirty joke if it'd be funny.

Her name means the Joyous or the Flourishing.

Erato is the Muse of Romantic and Erotic Poetry.

Just sayin'...if you wanna be accurate.

And Clio would be the voice of reason, always trying to get everything just so.

Clio: "It didn't happen like that."

Thalia: "Yeah, but my way is more fun."

Clio: "But it didn't happen like that."

Calliope: "It is much more exciting that way."

Clio: "Though, as I've mentioned before, and am more than happy to mention again...it didn't happen like that. Now, if you don't mind, you've all had your say, and by now, the story could use some proper telling."

And pantomime. Erato was the muse of erotic poetry and pantomime.

Erato: "My way is more.. interesting."

Euterpe: "My way rhymes!"

Melpomene: "My way is more tragic!"

Terpsichore: "Mine is far more musical~"

Polyhymnia: "My way has more gospel music.."

Urania: "Capella is very pretty tonight. Nice visibility."

Yes, Mimicry..

And porn.

And romance novels.

I do enjoy the idea of her vehemently denying having any involvement with the paranormal romance genre.
