Why don't you drop the chaos part, that is the part that is unfocusing your class, and just do a normal magical minstrel.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

Well, the skills only bother me because they're rather general in what they can do.

To repeat myself, look at the Bard class I made. Most of the abilities are rather specific in what they do.

Yeah, but it really isn't helping you with the class making. Anything could be defined with chaos, which is why you have things like Illusions, Shapeshift of yourself and others, and teleporting. All of which could be their own classes unto themselves.

For a high level skill, maybe one that lets you absorb a spell and enchant your blade with it?

Between level 3 and level 12 you don't have attack abilities.

I still think Levels 5,6, and 7 could be combined.

level 12 could just be elemental blade, unless you want to just focus on the three elements.
