Still no. A bard is an annoying song writer/historian.

Anyways, I'm only trying to help. Your class skills seems to be unfocused on a cohesive class. Some of them have nothing to do with the rest of them and others are immensly overpowered.
I'm only offereing advice

Darn wikipedia, I was thinking more laong the lines of the class from Dragon quest. I could always go back to Chaos Jester, but everyone complains about that.

I'm only trying to help you focus your class istead of trying to have it cover such a broad spectrum

Thank you for the help but I'll manage, If I'm too powerful I'll end up getting killed off eventually. The abilities seem to match up beecause I was basing them off of the motif of Chaos and the ability to spread it. The higher levels are more offensive giving you the ability to manipulate chaos itself. Which seems alright for the last levels.

The thing is though...you have some very potent abilities in just your first few levels. Look at my class and compare it to yours and you'll see why I think your skills need to be severly edited.

I made a bard class.
Bard
SkillsMusical AptitudeBards are naturally skilled at the use of musical instruments or singing.CharmThe bard may attempt to make a person more friendly to them. Usable three times a day, increasing by one use every two levels.Illusion CraftingA bard can create simple illusions with this skill. They may only affect one sense at level seven, two at level nine and three at level twelve. At level sixteen, they can affect all senses.Inspire AweChanneling their persuasive abilities, a bard can cause fear and awe rather than respect. This consumes one use of Charm.EchoA meta-song ability. This allows the affects of a bard's song (See below) to linger for one minute after the bard ceases to sing.EnthrallAn advanced form of Charm, this ability requires a successful check of the bard's charisma vs the targets wisdom. If the bard is successful, they may control the actions of the target for as long as they remain within vocal range. Requires the target to understand and hear the bard. Consumes one inspiration point and two uses of charm. Many VoicesA meta-song ability. This allows a bard to sing two songs at once.SongsBardic songs are semi-magical abilities possessed by a bard. Unless otherwise stated, most bardic songs require the bard to be able to sing or play an instrument. A bardic song affects any target that may hear the bard, unless the bard chooses otherwise. All bardic songs continue for as long as the bard continues to sing them. Barring the Many Voices skill, no bard may sing more than one song at once.Anthem of VigilanceThis song boosts awareness of surroundings. People see farther and hear better. They are more resistant to sleep, blindness and deafness. Higher levels grant night vision. Consumes one Inspiration Point.Charming LyricsThis song boosts persuasive ability and the resistance to the same. People grow more articulate and dynamic. Increases resistance to charm and mind control effects. Consumes one Inspiration Point.Aria of the SwiftThis song boosts dexterity. Dexterity measures hand-eye coordination, agility, reflexes, and balance. Increases resistance to slow, paralyses and restraining effects. Consumes two Inspiration Points.Rejuvenating PsalmThis song slowly recovers the health of those that hear it. It also speeds recovery from negative status effects. Consumes one Inspiration PointAppealing AriaThis song boosts Charisma. Charisma measures a character’s force of personality, persuasiveness, personal magnetism, ability to lead, and physical attractiveness. Increases resistance to aging, mind control and charm effects. Consumes two Inspiration Points.Tough ShantyThis song boosts Constitution. Constitution represents your character’s health and stamina. Increases resistance to disease, poison and blood draining effects. Consumes two Inspiration Points.Battle ChantThis song boosts combat ability. People hit harder for longer. Causes fatigue in all affected once the song ends. Consumes two Inspiration Points.Devout HymnThis song boosts Wisdom. Wisdom describes a character’s willpower, common sense, perception, and intuition. Increases resistance to madness, blindness and confusion effects. Consumes two Inspiration Points.Heavy MetalThis song causes pain in all who hear it. Enemies affected by this song are inflicted with non-lethal damage, representing fatigue and distraction. This song can not kill anything and some creatures are immune to it's effects. Consumes three Inspiration Points.Brawny DittyThis song boosts Strength. Strength measures your character’s muscle and physical power. Increases resistance to weakening, binding and fatigue. Consumes two Inspiration PointsHeroic EpicThis song boosts all attributes. Half as effective as the other songs. It does not confer the resistances the other songs give. Consumes four Inspiration Points.Doom DirgeThe inverse of Heroic Epic. It slightly reduces the attributes of enemy creatures. Consumes four Inspiration Points.

The second level ability of Chaos Bard encompasses more than this entire class does, as far as magic music.

That's what I'm saying...His skills are trying to encompass to many different things and it makes them overpowered.

You really should try to focus your class. Try focusing just on the chaos part. You don't need skills like gift of gab or acrobatic combat.

Acrobatic combat is the only way the character can defend itself in a hand to hand fight without sing up chaos points, and gift of gab works in tandem with the other persuasion skills.

Examine the Bard class.
It has no abilities outside magic music and persuasion. I would pick one Primary Focus, and a few Secondary Focuses. The Primary Focus should cover most of your abilities, while the Secondary would cover one-three abilites. That way you don't get overstretched.

"sigh" Alright, fine I get it, you wan't me to limit the skills to only that involving the generation of chaos and the breaking of the natural order right?

Like I've been saying...Focus your class.
