What does the "Black Flame of Chaos" do, exactly?

Think along the terms of the stupid black flames that Sasuke's brother Use in narruto. They basically burn through anything destroying it, magic, spirits, rocks, and keep burning unless dispelled with holy water, or a spell of opposite strength. Just a warrning. This chracter will most likely be evil and may kill the others in their sleep.

I'm fine with either, but for some reason I'm leaning more towards chaotic evil recently.

I'm thinking of adding various fantasy races with perks.

Like how half-demons can sniff out magic.

Any ideas/objections/comments?

No objections, I think adding those to the NPC should make things interesting.

Only thing that would need discussion would be player races.

So, how about everyone puts together a list of playable races they think are a good idea, and I'll try to give them shiny abilities.

Half demons should be capable of sensing magic, perhaps talking to spirits and other demons, and maybe slightly hightened senses, and unnatural human skills like scaling walls.  

Elves could have a super aiming skill, the ability to blend into their respective environment, and maybe supernatural hearing, and an eccellerated healing rate.

Might have added too much for the half demons but come on, their half demons. Maybe an inherent weakness to purifying spells and the like.

Let's start with the most basic one.

Humans

An very populous and versatile race, humans are literally everywhere and capable of nearly anything. The human tongue is known as Common.

*Humans may increase one of their stats by one step during character creation. This choice may not be changed later on.
*Humans may select one ability as a signature ability. Signature abilities are increased in effectiveness, and may be used twice per day at no cost. Once per week, a human may switch over this status to a new ability.
