Um, how would signature ability work? Unless it is the first skill they wouldn't get their signature ability for a while.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?
1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. |

Fixed it.

So any other comments on it?
Elves One of the more mundane races of the fey, they have strong connections to the world around them. Elves can be graceful and intelligent, but they can also be parochial and aloof. Elves resemble slim, slightly short humans with pointed ears and angled features. However, things like hair, skin and eye color, as well as clothing styles, is different from terrain to terrain. Desert Elves are very different in appearance and habits from Forest Elves, etc. *Elves have keen senses, especially the visual and auditory ones. *All Elves have a birth-biome (Desert, Forest, Jungle, Plains, etc.). This Biome is selected at character creation. Elves are adapted to deal with the rigors of their home. They can survive easily and effortlessly in said home. (See examples) *Elves can commune with the spirits of the land once a week. After a ten minute period of meditation, they may ask three questions of the spirits, which are answered to the bet of their ability. Examples.. Well, a Desert Elf could easily survive in a desert. He would be able to survive the heat of the day and the chill of night, as well as survive on very little water. A combination of instinctive knowledge and a sixth sense would guide them to water and food, as well as allow them to find some kind of shelter.

Both look pretty good so far, I wouldn't change anything.
Haven't decided what race I would use yet though.

Half-Elves
(Human/Elves) The hybrid offspring of elves and humanity, half-elves often have odd outlooks and tend to embrace new concepts and ideas. Everyday is a new adventure, a new chance to prove themselves. Half-Elves look, unsurprisingly, like a combination of elves and humans. They are slimmer than your average human, but more muscular than your average elf. Their features tend to reflect both, including the characteristic ears of elves. Sometimes half-elves will have odd combinations of hair, eye and skin colors because of the way their blood mixes. *Half-Elves have a innate resistance to hostile magic. This in no way impedes their own magical skills, but does prevent others from harming them. *Half-Elves may select either a Human's Signature Ability or an Elf's Birth-Home survival. *A Half-Elf may learn three extra languages at character creation. If feel inclined to give them more..

Weak? Its better than human or elf alone in my opinion. Still good though.

Zale, what do you think of these:
Tiefling Goliath Razorclaw Shifter

I think it works actually. Just thought your "weak" comment was odd since it was the strongest of the three so far.

Tiefling = Half-demon, right?
Goliath are the big stony things, correct? And what is a Razorclaw Shifter? Somekind of taloned shapechanger?

From what i'm reading:
Yes 7' 2" - 7' 8" and their skin is like stone but is still flesh Animal-like humans, lycanthrope ancestors, they don't turn fully into animals but become more beastly during the heat of battle.

Shadow Folk
Shadows that long ago took on substance and form. They drift in the darkness, watching and observing. Despite common perceptions, they are far from evil. They possess an endless curiosity. Most Shadow Folk look like thin figures made of darkness and they often have cloaks or concealing clothing of shadow silk. The only spots of brightness on them are their eyes, which glimmer like a full moon. *Shadow Folk are naturally stealthy. They can hide in any shadowy or dark room with little effort, giving them practical invisibility under sufficiently dark conditions. *Shadow Folk are mostly composed of darkness and shadows, and as such normal weapons have trouble harming them. 20% of all normal attacks will simply pass harmlessly through them. *Shadow Folk can see perfectly in all non-magical darkness. *Because of the magic that keeps them together, Shadow Folk take extra-damage from antimagic spells and effects. *Bright lights are anathema to Shadow Folk. Few will enter any light brighter than pre-dawn. Noon time light actually causes them physical harm. They also take extra-damage from light based spells and effects, as well as spells that create light as a secondary effect (Fireball, etc.)
