A person who truly feels peace of mind. Hardly anything can get this person riled up, and you've never known them to be anything but completely relaxed at all time. They are content to just watch the world go by, and if they can help anyone out along the way, well, that's just keen, you know?

You can never seem to convince this person to be happy.
