Hello everyone. Gentleman Vaultboy here with another fun little creative exercise. Easy as pie, all you have to do is go to your music player, hit shuffle, and create a character based on the first song that comes up.

A lonely, amnesiac creature, ambling and climbing across the ruins of a decayed city desperately hoping to come across someone, anyone, to speak with. But though the road is lonely, it continually finds new, amazing things. A machine that dispenses a warm gruel that tastes of maple syrup. A tower, overrun with strange birds, who have turned the entire thing into a large communal nest. A tiny windup dog that dose back flips, a pool of crystal clear water teeming with giant fish, a warehouse filled entirely with perfectly reserved paintings. Each new discovery brings the creature happiness, and gives it the strength to face the day with renewed hope.

I'm poisoned by too many Beetles songs as a kid, but so far I've got a submarine captain, a master fiddle player, the soul of a traveler trapped in the eternal spiral of heck in the form of a motel which caters to his inner vices, An adventurer who broke away from his old life to life to the best of his ability but was eventually doomed to return to obscurity, and something dealing with the apocalypse and a lone soul walking through chaos with a grin.

Someone who, quite frankly, doesn't give a damn. They do whatever they want, whenever they want. Implusive, fun-loving and more than a little self-centered. It never occurs to them that there will be consequences, or that other people might not like them doing things. Perhaps they also have a fondness for practical jokes and conning people.
