And I've been getting along fine with just Wulfs summery, so probably not much. All I remember from the beginning of the old version was that Wayne was really bad at his job.

Yeah, I'm basically leaving interpretation of the characters' personalities, to the discretion of whoever is playing them. Personality descriptions are given, but aside from outright absurdity, they're really just guidelines.

Generally speaking, Jack is adventurous but a bit immature, Ivan is good-natured and friendly but crass and crude, Pierce is witty but cocky and arrogant, Tessa is clever but sarcastic and cynical, Nadia is moody but frank and down to Earth, and Fitz is brilliant but timid and awkward. And Wayne is awesome.

Speaking of him, I'm trying to think of some reason why he would reveal anything about himself to a room full of complete strangers. The ay I see it, there's nothing to keep him from paying for everyone's drinks for the night and walking away.

Even if I walk out now Ivan knows that enough of what he's heard is true to head to Arizona himself. Maybe one last comment to really push it.

Okay, so, Wayne is going off on his own way. GV can keep Josef in his company, or narrate him leaving, whichever GV prefers.

That leaves any other folks to address the situation of the mysterious folks Ivan was just talking to (Zale/Tessa, Marv/Fitz or Phi/Nadia; I'd do it, but I want to give you guys a chance to participate, too).

Aside from that, I think I'll also participate/narrate in Wayne's side story (and also maybe add in some narration about Gorak now; if I can help it, our encounter with him will be only a half-arc...).

 I'm happy you have such a high opinion of it.

I actually didn't mention Jack in the story yet, for the express reason that you were unavailable to fill in. You're not behind. You can jump in, if you'd like, with anywhere from a simple cell phone call, or walking in behind us.

In fact, I'm working on adding a tad bit more now, myself.

It's the obligatory 'foreshadow the menace we'll soon be facing' bit, so after that, you can jump in as you see fit (and as is plausible, as pertains to the plot).

Just thought that was a perfect place for you guys to get a taste of what Gorak is like.

A combination of not having time to go through all the big posts yet and lack of knowledge of all the things going on with the World/Characters/Places has kept me from joining in just yet. I'm still a little unsure about what all the base stuff going on for my character is.

Don't forget to post in the other Rps yourself and I'll try to jump into this one as soon as I can get the base stuff nailed down.

Well, I've given you everything you need to know, thus far. We haven't even gotten out into the adventure yet; we still need somebody's curiosity to be piqued about who the heck that mysterious guy was that Ivan was just talking to. As for California's layout and whatnot, I'll give you all of that as it becomes relevant; right now, we're just in a mostly-empty bar, trying to get this adventure on the road. And your character is moody and aggressive, especially in places that give her bad vibes--a fact quite relevant to the situation at hand, if you ask me.

As for my participation, I'll be happy to jump back in with KCOM soon, and also Apocalypse #3, but LOC still baffles me, and I have no clue how to get back to it...
