I don't understand the attraction. If I was going to take a very uneducated guess I would say that a person confuses their relationship with someone of the same sex, cause you can love someone of the same sex without it being the love/relationship type of love if that makes sense, and whatever factors may have pushed them away from the opposite sex into thinking they should be with the same sex.
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

What's normal?

Is suicide an automatic ticket to hell? I'm unaware if it is counted any differently than other sins.

Do you want love?

How can you expect to get into any healthy relationship anyhow, with a man OR a woman, if you don't feel love for yourself? Don't you think you need to solve that problem first?

It is, if it's for selfish reasons (and not, for example, to save the life of a loved one), because God dictates when we die, not us. And after you die, you go to judgment, so there would be no room to ask forgiveness. I forget where I read it, but I can find it for you.

Let's see..

Nope.

I have not been attracted to females ever, to my knowledge. I'm very certain about this.

A smoking hot girl in a bikini walks by, I feel nothing. Hot guy walks by without a shirt on, I'm blushing and trying very hard not to stare.

I have lots of female friends. I've had at least three girls ask me out on dates. Never once have I felt any attract or romantic impulse towards any of them. I've had crushes on other guys. I'd want to go out on dates with them.

I say normal, as in basically not being a supervillain. Not being a Hitler, a Stalin, a Hussein, a Qaddafy,  a career criminal or anything of that sort. Anything short of that can be considered 'normal', I would think. That includes people of any race, any religion (even the obscure ones) and any culture.

That's not what I said, nor was I implying it.

I'm asking how you think you can love others, if you don't feel love for yourself. No relationship you have will be healthy if your spiritual well-being isn't healthy. And spiritual well-being starts with love of self, and acknowledgment of self-worth.

You wouldn't. Which is why your case can still be considered in the norm.

Heck if I know then  Like I said, I don't understand it so I can't really help. I don't have that mindset just like you say you've never had mine. Don't let it stop you from forming a relationship with God.

You do need to start with coming to peace with yourself though first if you want to turn your love over to another, and having a relationship with God helps things even more.

So? There have been numerous times that I've considered remaining celibate. I've never had sex, and chosen not to until I get married, but sometimes I've thought of never getting in a relationship, never getting married, and never having sex or having kids at all. So, what, am I damned, too? Because the Bible also says to be fruitful and multiply.

No. I don't think damnation and salvation is that simple. Otherwise, people who DO or DON'T do certain things would be the only ones boasting their future place among the hosts of the divine. But again, the Bible says that we find salvation 'not of works, lest any man should boast', meaning it's not totally your actions that get you into heaven, but rather your heart in doing said actions. God judges your heart (whether you earnestly accept Christ into your heart, etc), and only judges your actions as they relate to the depths of your heart.

Well, I would hope that whoever you end up with would be worth the wait. That's definitely the reason I'm holding out.

I thing God is pushing you to keep encountering arguments for Christianity and for you to question or argue against them so that you can find the answers you need. God will keep pushing you, sometimes gently or not, until he gets you where he wants you, and once you get there I think you will find that you are better for the journey.

One thing to choose celibacy. Another to have it chosen for you.

I think so, too.

Most of our breakthroughs come in times when we think a breakthrough is either unnecessary, or entirely impossible.

Either that, or you're on the verge of death, and God is sending us to warn, you one last time, to turn to him, regardless of your homosexuality.
