I said no undead, but you were set for it, so I let it go through the entire pharrow lineage which said they were descendents of the gods anyway, which at the beggining I said that a few of which were actually creatures from the Spirit word. All in all it doesn't really matter in this RP their all creatures, If you want to be a humanoid one be my guess.

...Screw it, you can have your mummy, originally I wanted no undead because their undead not actual denizens of the spirit realm but fine, whatever. You can have a creature similiar to the mummies.
