The power levels themselves will be discussed later during character creation like all of the other forums. After that anyone can participate in attempting to acquire one, and are encouraged to either cooperate or attempt to thwart one another. Other than memories held in the dream world, which are more powerful, there are also more memories generated by the real world twenty four seven, only the strong ones continue to exist however and take form. By triggering a series of events in the real world to make a memory you can harvest one that way....

However this all means that I'd have to make a grouping system doesn't it....I'll post that in a bit this is starting to get a bit long.
