Is it just me, but the mask and staff sound too powerful to me. Being able to ignore all laws and rules regardless of what they are sounds like something that is more powerful than a Tier 2 Divine Action. And being able to control the actions of anything regardless of distance also sounds stronger than a Tier 2 Divine Action. Zale, your ruling on this?

All things considered, if I say no, he'll just think of something worse.

Just slap a limitation of being within a mile for the actions, and say nothing more powerful than a Minor God can be affected.

As for the laws thing, I'm not entirely certain what he wants for it.

@Zale: You do have to admit though that there are limits as to what he can propose. As for the law part, he might have made it to ignore the law I made using 5 Divine Artifacts and 4 Miracles and that is definitely well beyond Tier 2. Your fault for encouraging him.

I did read that, but like Jester said, you also made it sound like you wanted him to break in which unfortunately I agree with him on. But my point still stands that being able to ignore all rules and laws is OP and definitely beyond Tier 2. Because if you can ignore all laws then you could technically destroy anything of any level with ease regardless of your own level. Do you also see now why I object?
