As for the second one....

In the basements of many old houses the saddest of memories collect and pool together. If the conditions are right and entity is born. This creature has no face and seems broken and warped. It haunts the cellar of it's creation and steals small things of importance from the house above. They are normally docile until something is removed from it's lair.

Angels?

Have you heard of them?

The angels that fly silently over the land, serving unknown masters?

They are not the true angels. They serve no divinity.

They are the tools of those in power. Artificially made beings, made for one purpose.

To serve.

Some are deadly warriors, others vigilant guardians, while others watch us all.

They are innumerable, tireless, powerful and loyal.

With them, the tyrants will rule.

Without them.. Who is to say.

I feeeeelll a plllloootlinnneee...

I want to do this. I so want to do this in something.

Artificial Angels used by tyrants to rule the cowering masses. I could see that make an excellent story.

Now, If only I was less lazy.

Ayame is a half-demon. However, unlike many others who either are violent psychopaths or repressed lunatics, she decided to embrace her demonic heritage.

Namely by venting her violent urges in a more.. constructive manner.

Now she's (in)famous as a demonslayer.

And this Oni is about to learn to fear her name.

...And lo, the mighty sea god Ohiel was gravely injured by the earth god Arnoh. With the speed of the waves, he retreated to the endless caverns that made were his home. In an act of vengance, Ohiel took the bounty of the sea from those that dwelt on the land. Because of this, no fish could be found in the sea. Nor would the winds and the waves favor those that tried to sail. All soon feared the waters, for sea serpents and the mighty leviathan fish appeared in the waves.. ready to devour those that had forsaken their god...

The fishy thing is the god in question, by the way.

If no one's going to touch my first snow monster I'll take it.
Gentleman Vaultboy wrote
They call it "C'tec Cul." In their native speech it means "He Who Is Waiting In the Snow." The creature seems to be a ambush predator, subsisting on the herds of Woolly Rhino that used to live in these lands. It is able to move under the snow with such stealth as to not even disturb the top layer as it moves. When close to it's prey (Usually the old and weak) it bursts from the ground to take a chunk out of it, then beats a hasty retreat lest the rhinos close in and kill it. It keeps using this technique until eventually the wounded rhino succumbs to blood loss and is left behind, allowing the C'tec Cul to feed.
But, with the advent her majesty colonization efforts the rhinos that the creature depends on for food have been driven nearly to extinction, those not killed for the valuable ivory of their multiple horns being driven farther north than any human has yet ventured. The C'tec Cul has been forced to find a more plentiful source of food. I would advise you all to keep your children in doors, and to stay off the streets after a heavy snowstorm. If you absolutely must go out then you must be careful. The natives say you can see the creature by watching the snow. If you see a line of it that seems to wave in the wind then quickly turn and walk the other way, making sure not to panic. They say that if the creature knows you have spotted it it will try to kill you before you can alert others. If you do spot it be sure to alert the town militia immediately. This meeting is concluded, I hope everyone has a safe trip home, and for gods sake watch the snow.

The head/neck looks to much like a flask for that.

And you have the smoke face.
