And that's what I try to do. But I'll be the first to admit. I don't know everything there is to know about the physical world, and even less about the metaphysical. And I may make a lot of leaps in logic, but I don't think I'm too far off...And like I said, if I am too far off, I will gladly accept someone's knowledge to complete the equation where my mind leaves gaps.

Oh, stop being so dramatic. Science does increase the wonder of the universe. But there are things it cannot explain, and has yet to find a reason behind. It brings us much knowledge, but there are gaps that need to be filled in. And, until a scientific proof comes along and proves me or disproves me, I will gladly fill those gaps in with what is needed to work.

Particle. Not atom.

Photons Have to be massless for light to move at the speed if light.

There's no way I know of to reverse light because its not composed of matter.

Matter is composed of charged particles. These can be reversed to create antimatter.

Light is matter. And matter has mass. It's just mass too small for us to measure.

Likewise, just because YOU don't know of a way to reverse light, or produce an inverse of light as a particle or wave, does not mean that it is impossible. Folks are working on a way to bend light, and other cool things with it, and new scientific possibilities are being opened up all the time.

There is either energy or there isn't. Since there are so many forms of energy there can't really be a negative energy since there is nothing that could be considered the "negative" of every different form of energy. And if such a thing existed it would just be classified as another form of energy rather that as an actual "negative energy"

At least that's how I see it.

First off, I don't harass anyone. And if I do, it's because you ARE off topic.

And second, I'm NOT off-topic. We're discussing the nature to photons, to discuss whether or not it is possible to deactivate a photon, or produce a similar state of synthetic darkness.

If I understand correctly, energy is matter. Thus, if there can be anti-matter, there can be anti-energy. That's the closest thing I can think of to some negative energy. Or some energy that cancels out other energy. Like some energy that repulses light particles, or disperses molecules vibrating to produce heat.

well first of all i call it negitive energy cause when it comes in contact with regular engery it explodes boom and umbrakinesis is not useless it is just not strong that is why i said negitive energy is stronger

Due to the defining principle of energy, it cannot come in contact with other forms of energy....because it has no substance and therefore cannot collide, touch, connect or contact in any way shape or form.

Not that kind of 'energy'. What am I, some kind of idiot?

That's like centripetal force and centrifugal force. They aren't actually forces. Likewise, I would think potential and kinetic energy is technically the result of actual energies causing reactions to propel matter to do work, or put up resistance to it doing work.
