Black holes and antimatter are unrelated.

Antimatter is simply matter with an opposite charge and spin.

Black holes are dense areas of space time from which nothing can escape due to extreme gravitation.

Darkness is simply an absence if light. Deactivated photons would be something contrary to all sense.

Wrong. Wrong. And wrong. The best powers are the best executed. Explanations matter, but they don't make or break the power. It's great if you can explain it, but an explanation does not make the power as amazing as it is. And science does not currently explain everything that is possible in the universe. They know a great deal, but scientists do not know everything.

To disregard something simply because you cannot fully explain it, or do not fully understand it is, quite simply, a bit silly. Case and point: 80 years ago, nobody thought space travel was possible, and centuries ago, nobody believed that the world was round.

And if someone knows all the mechanics of why a photon does not behave in such a way that photon deactivation is possible, then by all means, put forth that same knowledge to figure out an alternate means by which Umbrakinesis can work, without defying the possibility of that quantum.

All I require is a chart explaining the anatomy of a photon. I just tried looking for one, and I can't seem to find it. Grant me that, somebody, and trust me, I can find a way to make Umbrakinesis work.

Um, I'm not stupid. I know photons are light, and you know I know that. Still, what are they made up of? What mechanics go together to cause that body of matter to do what it does? Matter doesn't just stop at the particles we know. Where's an anatomy chart, so I can know what goes into making up photons, and making them work to bring forth light?
