I guess it depends on what type of each power you're talking about, cause i could see someone with regeneration still aging and only healing wounds / sicknesses
Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to this? If God is for us, who can be against us?

1 Corinthians 13:1-3 If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.

Invulnerability.

Rapid Regeneration, you heal injury, but Invulerability, you don't get injured in the first place. Still likely to feel pain, though, which can be good or bad, if you have that Claire Bennet, "Am I still human?" complex.

Either way, the only true weakness to being invulnerable is to suffocate, drown or starve. Regens can be killed many other ways.

Precisely.

I could understand with peoples' fear of death, wanting to be able to regenerate, but honestly, I'd prefer the defense offered by Invulnerability.

Takes out a lot of the guess work of recovering from or withstanding injury.

Depends on the power of regeneration. At some point their even able to regenerate from a single cell, and repair pretty much all damage given enough time.

I'm going to assume we don't get that kind of power.

Totipotency. The BEST kind of regeneration, to be sure.

Though, we likely wouldn't get it at THAT level.

Invulnerable means you can't be injured. You can still age though.

but what is age other than defects in the genetic code due to interaction with outside forces and over copying, coupled with the cells natural necrosis factor?

I agree with Jester on this one.

If you say so then. In that case it's hard to tell which would be better.....if you had ultimate regeneration, and chopped off a finger, would you get an extra body?
