Essentially, I know how this Arc will go. It has a beginning and an end.

Once it's over (Hopefully less than one or two threads, but I won't deliberately rush it.), we have some off-time to allow room for other RPs, as well as discuss how the last Arc went. Any problems we had, if anyone felt something could be changed. I'd ask what direction people would want to take next, and plot out several possible Arcs to go through, then unleash you somewhere else. You'd run across one or multiple plot hooks, and collectively decide which one to follow.

Then that runs for an Arc, and we repeat for as long as people want to play.

Maybe every so often, I'd allow someone else to volunteer for the position of DM so that everyone can have fun with it.

Now all we need is for participants to work together to further the ideal. We have to be personally responsible for keeping up with what's going on, or with filling others in when others get lost. We have to work together, and be diligent and responsible, otherwise, all your good intentions will be for naught.

Nope. I'm not sure if you're trying to make a point, but if so, there's no need.

I'm not getting anyone else involved in this RP other than Savior, and we're already on a roll. It was decided between everyone who's gonna be involved in it, and that's all that counts.

What good is the Queue for something not publicly decided on?

In that case I guess that it was decided between all those involved in my rps that it was alright to start with a minimal number of members as well.  

Either way it's probably or the best if I can't join, Given that I'm not an integral part of the story myself the only thing I would be proficient at is raising Cain.

That's what I've been trying to say. You have say in your are run. The Queue is for public RPs. And you have say in the Queue. Everybody does. If there's gonna be a public RP, then all parties involved must be present and accounted for in order to start, pause or stop an RP.

But if you have a private one, like I have here with Savior, or if you have an RP that everybody agrees on, the Queue may be voted on, to move an RP up in the Queue, move an RP down in the Queue, remove an RP from the Queue, initiate a reboot, or even begin/pause/end an RP immediately.

It's perfectly possible for you to begin an RP immediately, and still be in line with the running of the Queue.

It's odd though, I always here of these votes, but they never occur when I'm on, in addition, the only thing I hear more of than votes, are complaints involving the queue, and though I will admit a noticeable amount of complaints originate from my hand, a good majority of them do not.
