Well, the ones being moderated by you (NB, LoC and GFRP) are all up to you to decide on. So you can take them in any direction you like. I'll gladly comply, for the sake of speedy conclusion. And I can take over the next arc of NB, if nobody minds, because in all honesty, it kinda sucks that I let my previous villainous spree get out of hand. LOC I'm fine with. Because I need to catch up on who all is doing what, anyhow. And maybe during this time of hiatus, we can actually do some planning on where we plan to take our societies, and our civilizations, as well as recapping on previous events. (I think we'd all have a better idea if not for the events of the Tournament; it didn't really HAVE to be detailed so explicitly) And yes, yes, a thousand times yes, I'm definitely in the mood to plan and narrate a fresh, new RP. And I'm fast learning that the way to do it, is NOT just by random improvisation. At least not TOTAL improv. It has to be partly improv, and partly planned (and in some cases, MOSTLY planned, with little bursts of improv--ie plot twists). New Beginning and the like can be counted as an exception to this rule.

Give me your opinions on the original character's personalities.
“She'd become a governess. It was one of the few jobs a known lady could do. And she'd taken to it well. She'd sworn that if she did indeed ever find herself dancing on rooftops with chimney sweeps she'd beat herself to death with her own umbrella.”

Wayne- Serious about his money, his job and his enemies; the calm, cool and collected bada**; vaguely charismatic, with a good head for reasoning with people
Jack- Eager and ambitious about his ideals; kind of unsure about his role as a leader, but wiling to put that aside when the time calls for it; otherwise, lax and easy to talk to Ivan- Brash and confident, almost cocky; the typical jock, with a little bit of frat boy and obnoxious older brother mixed in; immature, but easily committed to good causes Pierce- Loud and outspoken; quick to pick fights with anyone he thinks is up to no good; quick to rush to conclusions, a bit of a grudge holder, jealous boyfriend, cocky showoff Tessa- Thoughtful and mentally sharp; seemingly always on her guard, with a penchant for inconspicuously picking minds and scanning motives; compassionate and overall, well-intentioned Fitz- Socially awkward at first, his capabilities as a leader are fast becoming more apparent; has a great head for strategy; at his best, awkwardly heroic; at his worst, introverted and unsure Nadia- Outspoken, and often genre-savvy. Pretty intuitive, and catches on quick when something is going down; has a bit of a temper, and is somewhat tomboyish, not afraid to get dirty Flores- Harsh and stony; gruff, and easily annoyed; prefers being serious, and finds that his humor does not match most other folks'; really enjoys a good fight Ben- Pacifist, and thoughtful; in combat, he is totally out of his element, and he much prefers to be subtle in his approach, unless subtlety is no longer and option Byne- Your average Joe. With powers. Pretty laid back, not exactly an in-your-face guy, often approaches situations with attempts to be diplomatic; but due to his powers, unafraid of a fight

Well, I have tropes to describe some of that.
Jack is, unless I'm mistaken, totally a White Haired Pretty Boy. Hardly surprising. All things considered.

Though not the evil kind.
Probably.

Well, um, yeah, he is white haired.
And the pic I found for him, I would consider good looking. Sure, why not? And I'm pretty sure the others have accurate trope descriptors as well.

The number of character was what threw me off the first time.

Well, hopefully, with the Dramatis Personae, you'll be better able to keep up with them this time.
That is...if you're willing to give ESRP a second chance.

Ah, well.
Probably for the best. It's still got some errors and such to work on...

RPers, TAKE CARE TO READ THE FOLLOWING:
Okay, so for those of you who were not present for the conversation, there has recently been a decision made. It has come to the attention of several users, that the recent posting drought (and the long-time hold-up on new RPs) is most likely the direct result of threads being continued on far too long. They continue on ad infinitum, never being given a true ending (only ever being put on hiatus), which keeps us constantly on the same RPs, and preventing up from ever starting (or even PLANNING) new ones. So. The decision has been made; from now on, we will make sure to take special care in planning RPs (both current and upcoming), to make sure they run as smoothly as possible. In addition, we will try to limit most RPs, so they run only for the length of ONE thread. Some will be allowed to run for two, and AT THE VERY MOST, three. But one is the optimum goal, so we can get through everyone's RP ideas, in a way that is fun without being dragged out for longer than necessary. So, everyone, feel free to pull up any RP ideas you like, including existing RP Comment threads, and new ideas (which are first proposed in the RP Creator); the planning and development is open as you see fit. But along with characters and plot, make sure that you have a general idea of where you want your RP to be on the Queue (as in, when you want it to start), and have a general idea of how long you want it to last. Only a few threads will be gifted exception to this new decision, and allowed to continue indefinitely, due to sensible author request: The Evolutionist's Stone (Due to RP seniority status, and the endless possibilities for plot) New Beginning (Due to its obvious popularity, and the endless possibilities for plot) Lords of Creation (Due to the purposeful development of civilization, and the interactions of immortal deities) That is all.

Oh, and Fitz was mistaken for gay by Bella, due to his sensitive demeanor.

I think I realized something here. I haven't been really understanding the things you've told me. However, he problem isn't the way you're explaining it, it's the way I've been asking. I've been asking for it to be summarized, but that doesn't give me the information I need. Or, well, the gaps in the information I need. Let me rephrase my question:
What does the average person, in universe, know about these events and the state of the world? From there, I can learn the rest as I go along.

Lots.
Superpowers are common knowledge. A good percentage of the population has them, and everyone knows at least one person who has powers. The Overlords are rarely behind-the-scenes rulers. They're more like the tyrants of old, ruling from an impressive manor or building. People know who opressess them. Most people in North America will know about how some group of people has obtained this "Evolutionist's Stone" and are using it's power to overthrow tyrannical Overlords. Out in the world, this knowledge is usually kept hushed by the foreign Overlords. Anything else?

How long has it been since the event that kicked it all off?
What's the situation as it stands? How are metahumans viewed? How stable are the warlord states, and how stable are the ones the protagonists have freed? What's the standard of living now, and has it been coming back to pre-event levels or is it continuing on a downward slope? What is the land like between the major powers; is it a lawless wasteland, communities that have banded together, some combination of both? How difficult is travel? What's the state of communication between communities? Also, how is the setting tonally?

We've yet to solidify on the exact date. I like to think it's been a decade or so, but that could be wrong. The story itself has variated on this.
Metahumans are tolerated in most places, though the powerful ones can be greatly respected or feared. Some overlords don't tolerate other meta humans outside of their control. Most of the Overlord/Warlord held territory is now fairly stable. By now, the weak or less capable have been weeded out, and the strong have been able to consolodate their conrol. Not to mention some of the more benevolent have a degree of popular support. Though smaller Warlords still hold bits of turf on the edges between the more powerful Overlords. The standard of living varies from one Overlord territory to another. Some are much better off, while others only have high ranking rulers with any support or comfort. In general, the Overlord's capital and residence are the best off. The standard of living usually deteriorates the further you go from there, with power and other nessecites becoming more and more rare. It's only through the heavy use of superpowers that even this modicum of what once was exists. Many of the large industries are almost non-existent now due to the problems with trade and transport. There are a few functioning trains, and cars still exist. Most of these rely on superhuman mechanical skills or fuel substitution to work. Most people don't travel. Either they think their chances are better where they are, or their Overlord keeps them from leaving. Most of the small communities can communicate locally with a degree of difficulty. Larger cities or powerful people can employ such things as telepaths and such to communicate over distance rapidly Now, all of this is from personal interpretations and recollections. Ask Wulf for definite confirma

Oh, and Wayne rode in a jet at the start of the story, but that was before we got an idea of how things were like I think.
