I'm just kinda feeling.. unenthused by the current rp's I'm in.

New Beginning feels like lots of work at the moment. Not to enjoyable.

There's just to many characters in LoC for me to properly play them all.

Most of the other roleplays I never really got into, so I wouldn't even know where to begin.

Any ideas I have for roleplays that I would want to do, I can't do here, because they'd be stuffed in the queue for nine months. By the time we got to it, I'd no longer even want to do it.

So, in short, it's feeling an awful lot like something I'm doing just because I don't want to abandon the RPs. Not because I'm having to much fun with them.

Yeah, same here.

That's why I keep trying to get folks to put things on hiatus.

We can't handle this many all at once; at least, not in times when people are barely on, or barely interested anyhow. We should choose one (or two...even three) to focus on, pursue it/them to a suitable end (even if the end is just temporary), and then move on to something else. We should do only one thread per RP at a time. We can't just drag them out until they lose their flavor, otherwise, we get long dry periods like this.

If we keep our number of running RPs low, it will be easier to keep up with what's going on, and easier to stay interested, because it's easier to discern where and when your participation is needed.

Here's a plan....We Hiatus all current RPs and finish up EPRP

We start a different round of RPs and see if we can't freshen things up. If things don't go over well, we can reevaluate or bring back the hiatus-ed RPs

So, an hour ago, I finally finished splitting up the ESRP into its respective parts.

This should make going through the RP, and catching up to current events MUCH easier, and less intimidating. And you won't have to sift through all those scattered plotlines to find out what the heck is going on Turns out, the arcs are actually way shorter than I had anticipated, so, to read them all might only take a few days for a quick reader.

I even added a part that will tell you all the different locations involved in the arc you are currently reading, as well as all important characters involved. The Dramatis Personæ (or cast list) of each arc will have links back to each of those important characters.

So, if you want to participate, I'll try to have things ready to be open to the "public" again by next week. Gaps in ESRP arc 5 will be all filled in, and I will track down that nice, neat little summary thing, for the lazy folks who don't feel like reading it for themselves.

And for those of you who were wondering, the numbers of the new respective arcs do not denote chronological order (at least not after 4, I think).

So! Since I've finished my sleepy-eyed, half-delusional rant, and taken my 6am, it's time to slither off to bed, and sleep until my noon pill. And yes, I've begun measuring time in spans of when pills must be taken; if noon was not the last time, I'd think I had a problem. But it is. So I don't. Time to sleep. Good night. Or morning. Or...whatever. Sleep!

 It seems you will return right on time. The ESRP will be back up and running next week some time (probably Thursday or Friday), and so it should give you plenty of time to choose which arc you want to participate in.

Okay, so the Evolutionist's Stone is back in motion! For those of you interested in reading or participating, the new format was to make things much easier for you to read, and eventually write! I hope you all enjoy the story, whether you take the time to read it, or show interest in participating.

All questions and comments are appreciated, all constructive criticisms and suggestions taken into consideration. Thanks to everyone who has participated in the past, and everyone who will participate in the future. And to those who just want to sit back and watch/read, thanks for your attention.

Well personally I've been focusing more on animating than RPing lately. Though I'll return in a few days

Well, the one we SHOULD have been working on, was Elemental Planes.

If we can't even get one going, then they're basically at a standstill right now.

It looks like my RP Hiatus idea has done nothing but drive away what little traffic we've been having in this RP dry spell. I thoroughly regret having proposed it  because, in all honesty, I don't think anyone here really received the idea in the first place.

I called for the hiatus, I'm calling for it to end.

Hiatus over. All RPs put on hold should be able to resume, unless the moderating users (the folks who started the RPs in question) say otherwise.

I'm uncertain as to what to do.

The NB arc has gone on for far to long, and I want to bring it to a close.

I'm probably going to dump you all in roughly the same area and have you speedily directed to where you're supposed to be.

Wrap everything up post-haste.


LoC can remain on hiatus while the Fantasy Roleplay finally creaks into existence.
