The Kethencian College of Magic RP (Part 2)

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"Just a moment" Tyler mutters as he applies a salve to Zauber's shoulder. Once the salve had been applied Tyler wrapped it is a bandage. "There, all better."

Piper sqealed in delight, "Yay!"

[Gentleman Vaultboy]

"What happens then? Funeral wise, I mean?"

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"Traditionally we are returned to the forest so that we may become one with it. Why the interest?"

[Philote]

"That was a lot less magical than I expected" Zauber says as he examines his shoulder.

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"Healung isn't all flashes and spells sometimes a good old fashion salve with a few magic ingrediants is all you need. Now Piper, make sure he doesn't try and move that shoulder too much. Have a good day you two." Tyler calls as he exits the room.

[Gentleman Vaultboy]

Billy looks down, "Uh, well, I come from a kingdom of necromancers. We take burial rights kind of seriously."

Suddenly, Billy's eyelids hit the roof of his skull. "I am so sorry, how terribly rude of me. My name is Billy, It's a pleasure to meet you Mr...?"

[Philote]

"I still could of used an actual healing spell" Zauber mutters, still far away from being at full strength. He could not complain about the salve though, it was working great.

"So, what will you be doing now Piper?"

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"...Sahven, like the number 7. Pleased to meet you." Sahven replies.

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"Oh...um I don't really know. I didn't have anything else to do today and you're pretty interesting so I thought....maybe......I'd just follow you around!" she finished with another wide toothy grin.

[Gentleman Vaultboy]

Billy extends his hand and takes the Wooden bots, giving it a firm shake. " I apologize for not asking sooner, I'm off today. I had a very long night last night. What type of magic are you studying?"

[Marvelous Miscreant]

Sahven thinks for a second then answers, "I'm studying nature magic to become a Druid. I assume you're studying Death magic?"

[Philote]

"Well you already seem to know about where I'm from, which I'm curious about, but why don't you tell me about your race."

"I'm a protection student by the way" Zauber says as they exit the wing.

[Gentleman Vaultboy]

"Oh yes, raising and caring for the dead is a sacred duty."

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"My race? I guess I could inform you, lay down some knowledge and get to schoolin' you on my people." Piper chimes, "Well, we're a very...um...simple race. We're basically the human-like equivalent of sharks, but we've adapted to land. See?"

Piper pulls up her sleeve to reveal a small fin protruding from her wrist. She gigglse and snaps her teeth, "But don't worry, I don't bite. I've renounced most of my people's more savage tendencies to study magic here. I'm going to train to become a great charm master! Pretty cool, right?"

[Marvelous Miscreant]

"Strange that....you care for the dead and I for the living. What an ironic situation."

[Gentleman Vaultboy]

"I guess it is ironic." said Billy, a ponderous expression on his face. "But both jobs are important. After all, without death, how would life know what it was?"

This makes perfect sense in the boy's head.

[Philote]

"You must be an expert with charms, right?" Zauber says jokingly, thinking back to what the medic said about her failed charms.

[The Junkyard Cat]

So much time passed by as Samuel stared at the clouds. Finally deciding to get up and explore the college a bit. He runs down the stairs eventually reaching ground floor he aimlessly wanders to find something of interest or until he got hungry enough to head to the dining hall.

"I...suppose so. Well, it was nice meeting you Billy of the Death Magic School. I wish you luck in finding your Mage tool as I have mine"

"Well, I've had a few...failures, but in my defense I told those test subjects the charms were unstable!" Piper jokes back.
